 GVS "On the Record" Update:

GVS: JB will not appear on our show anymore. (Showing clip of JB saying he would come back before he refused to.) GVS inviting JB and his client back on the show again.

TW: I think we would challenge you JB and you can challenge us.

GVS: I'll let him whack you in private.

JH: Greta, do you think the cry baby was the way to get him back on? There are a lot of reasons to come back on--if he believes in his case and wants to address us.

BG: When you say things and people are unprofessional, those things hurt. When my colleagues called him unprofessional, he was probably hurt by that. Sticks and stones. He should come on the show and say whatever he wants, except about my mother.

TW: The professional thing for JB to do is to come on and face our questions.

GVS: I think he would have fun whacking us.

TW: I take my hat off to you JB, you're doing the best you can with a challenging client and case.

GVS: One main question I would have in a string of questions--beginning at 10am and for the next 24 hours -- where was your client? There is nothing to prevent you from telling us. You've already told the ISP where you've been so why can't you come on and tell us?

BG: If they do not provide it to us that is a presumption of guilt. Guilty or not, there is a presumption of guilt.

BG: You never give your alibi ever--it will come back to bite you.

TW: The country would like to hear that and the country is not out to hate him. It is the way he has conducted himself and what he's said that's done that has made the public feel that way.

JH: If you have a good case and the true is convincing that could turn the case.

TW: JB said today they hired a PI to investigate where SP is. The last person I knew who did that was OJ Simpson.

 GVS "On the Record" Update:

Did DP's attorney make a big mistake when he appeared on The Today Show this morning? We'll tell you all about it.

Legal panel: Bernie Grimm, Ted Williams, Jim Hammer, and Michael Cardoza

GVS: JB won't speak to us anymore, but he confirmed on The Today Show that DP transferred money to his son Steve from a home-equity line of credit so SP would not get it. OTR Staff called and asked JB about it and he said he misspoke about it.

BG: He asked for independent counsel, but he's perpetuating the leaks.

TW: JB is the leaker. We don't know what went on. This is what is so lame about JB: DP does not want SP to get the money. DP would pay out $250,000 to make sure SP does not get this money.

JH: This guy's client is facing murder charges and he repeatedly make mistake after mistake. This is serious business.

GVS: Is there anything that JB said today that seriously hurt his client?

JH: If this guy is his trial counsel, it will really hurt him. When everything he has said is brought forward, he will see that he has hurt his client.

BG: The OJ dream team was fun to watch because you knew they knew what they were doing and you knew they were going to win. This guy is just keep making mistakes and I can't believe he will present a strong defense for his client.

GVS: I don't think this guy has really hurt his client. You have all kinds of attorneys that win cases.

TW: This guy is doing a real disservice to his client with what he says and will really hurt him at trial.

JH: This case is gonna come down to what is presented to the GJ.
