Caylee Marie Anthony HOMICIDE - Orlando, Florida (R.I.P. 2005-2008) Age: 2-1/2, Caylee Anthony was reported missing by her grandmother, Cindy Anthony on July 15, 2008. At that time Caylee's mother, Casey, said on the July 15, 2008 911 call that her daughter had been missing for "31 days." Date of disappearance is unknown but the math adds up to last seen as of June 15, 2008. (#03) Evidence: Video of July 30, 2008 Jail visit with Casey Anthony and parents. Casey tells parents she will do whatever she can to help them find Caylee but she doesn't want to talk clues or leads. Casey tells George he was the best father and grandfather.

(#04) Evidence: Video of July 30, 2008 Jail visit with Casey Anthony and parents. Casey says George is the quiet one in the family who thinks things through before reacting. Casey telling sobbing Cindy she wants Caylee back and she'll even re-arrange her work schedule around her daughter.

George talking about setting up private meeting. Casey telling Cindy she chose her father to visit her privately to mend their broken relationship.

(#14) Evidence: Video of August 3, 2008 Jail visit with Casey Anthony and parents. George tells Casey she's the BOSS, citing the CEO story. Casey angry and starts screaming that nobody will let HER speak. Casey still very angry, says HER life had been taken from her.

(#15) Evidence: Video of August 3, 2008 Jail visit with Casey Anthony and parents. Cindy asked Casey what message to give Zanny. Casey said to tell Zanny that she forgives her and just wanted her baby back. When upset with Cindy, Casey said, "give the phone to dad!"

(#18) Orange and Osceola County Chief Judge Belvin Perry Jr. asked the attorneys to the sidebar. He then read the corrective jury instruction, that the family's opinion of Casey Anthony's counsel (Jose Baez) were to be ignored.

(#19) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Charity Beasley (OCSO-7-1/2yrs) collected items 07/16/08 from the Anthony home. Cindy Anthony gave her a blue plastic crate which included Caylee's Mama doll, Dora Explorer back pack, toothbrush, black bag, various papers and plastic coat hangers. Cindy also gave Beasley the Compact laptop computer (CND6430RKH), unplugged and off.

(#20) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Charity Beasley (OCSO-7-1/2yrs) on 07/16/08 collected the white Pontiac Sunfire, which she had towed from Hopespring Drive to the forensics lab at the Sheriff's Office. She sealed all doors and the trunk prior, and she did not remove any items. She followed the tow truck to the destination. She gave all but the laptop (to computer crimes unit) all other to Gerardo Bloise CSI.

(#21) Defense Attorney Cheney Mason did the cross examination and he demands that Charity Beasley address him in her answer and not the jury. Mason kept saying, "I'm over here, I'm over here." The judge reminded Cheney Mason that the witness just needs to answer the question.

(#22) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Charity Beasley (OCSO-7-1/2yrs) she sealed the vehicle with a piece of crime scene tape and that included the trunk. She doesn't recall if she smelled any odor asked by Mr. Mason, as coming from the trunk of the vehicle. Her only involement in the case was to pick up the blue crate of items and arrange for the vehicle to be towed to OCSO forensics bay.

(#23) Defense Attorney Cheney Mason telling Judge Perry that they still have not received performace reports about the dogs and he suspects that ISSUE will be coming up soon.

(#24) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Awilda McBryde (OCSO-10yrs) met George Anthony and accompanied him to Johnson's towing to retrieve trash bag on July 16, 2008. It was already dark out and she had to call for someone to open the gate for them. She was the only one who touched the trash bag w/gloves on, never opened it. She put white trash bag into a brown paper bag and then into a second bag on top.

(#25) <WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Awilda McBryde (OCSO-10yrs) put the trash bag from the dumpster into the trunk of her vehicle and only opened it when she brought it to the Sheriff's Office. She walked directly to the forensic's unit and brought Gerardo Bloise to her car and turned it over to him. She also mentioned that Yuri Melich came there about that time.

(#26) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Awilda McBryde (OCSO-10yrs) was asked to retrieve the HP Pavilion tower and Polorid Digital camera from the Anthony residence on July 17, 2008 at 12:15. She brought them to the Sheriff's Office with Tanya DePalmo. They gave them to John Allen and Yuri Melich.

(#27) Evidence: Photo of Johnson Towing dumpster where trash bags were tossed on 07/16/08. Awilda McBryde noted that this photo was taken before they removed the trash bags.

(#28) Evidence: Photo of trash bags removed from Johnson Towing dumpster on 07/16/08 by Awilda McBryde. These were the trash bags that were in the trunk of the 1998 Pontiac Sunfire when it was towed from Amscot Financial on 06/27/08.

(#29) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Christine Narkiewicz (OCSO-3yrs) went to the Correction facility at 21:44hrs on 07/21/08 to get 2 buccal swabs from Casey Anthony for DNA testing. She also took hair samples from Casey Anthony, both loose and pulled hairs.

(#30) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Christine Narkiewicz (OCSO-3yrs) confirmed four evidence envelopes she sealed with her initials, dated 07/28/08. Contents: (1) One comb of Caylee Anthonys. (2) One thermometer of Caylee Anthonys, (3) Brush of Caylee Anthonys and another envelope, (4) four toothbrushes. All items given to her by Detective Yuri Melich.

(#31) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Geraldo Bloise (OCSO-11yrs CSI2). On July 16, 2008 Bloise received the white 1998 Pontiac Sunfire from Charity Beasley. Vehicle arrived on a tow truck to OCSO forensic garage and into the bay area. All doors, hood and trunk were sealed.

(#37) Evidence: Photo of 1998 Pontiac Sunfire in the OCSO garage for processing by CSI Bloise. He determined the gas gauge was working properly, he took a photo first, poured in more gas, took another photo to show the gas gauge was working. Bloise' opinion is the gas gauge was working.
