At that time Caylee's mother, Casey, said on the July 15, 2008 911 call that her daughter had been missing for "31 days." Transcribed by www.acandyrose.com (from .pdf file) Orange County Sheriff's Office Arrest Affidavit - Casey Marie Anthony Date of Arrest: 07/16/2008 16:33:00 Case # 08-CF-10925 Discovery Documents Set#2 (Pages 77-78) SUPPLEMENT #10 - INCIDENT REPORT (08/05/08): Narrative: I assisted Corporal Yuri Melich (2684) in continuance of a missing juvenile/child neglect investigation, On August 4,2008, at approximately 1608 hours, I responded to 130 Obrien Road where I met with witness, Thomas Galaida, I conducted an audio recorded interview with Mr, Galaida, The following is a synopsis of the interview: Mr. Galaida owns Tom's Auto Repair (130 Obrien Road). At witness, Anthony Lazzaro's request, during the morning of June 9, 2008, Mr. Galaida had Mr. Lazzaro's sports utility vehicle towed (1997, black, Jeep, Grand Cherokee, NY-DAV 1978, VIN: 1J4GZ78S7VC638779) from 3843 Sutton Place Boulevard to 130 Obrien Road for repairs. Mr. Lazzaro's father paid for the repairs to the sports utility vehicle with a credit card over the telephone. Mr. Galalda completed the repairs'to the sports utility vehicle. During the afternoon of June 9, 2008, Mr. Lazzaro arrived at 130 Obrien Road.·Mr. Lazzaro entered the business, Mr. GaJaida gave him a receipt and the sports utility vehicle's key, and Mr. Lazzaro left the business. Mr. Galaida did not observe how Mr. Lazzaro arrived, or who was with him, Mr, Galaida did not have exact times for the tow, or for when Mr, Lazzaro picked up the sports utility vehicle.
