SUPPLEMENT #11 - INCIDENT REPORT (08/06/08):

Narrative:

In continuance of a missing juvenille/ child neglect investigation, while reviewing my supplemental report dated July 17, 2008, I discovered during the synopsis of the interview I conducted with witness, Amy Hulzenga, I erroneously listed the following:

"Ms. Anthony picked Ms. Huizenga and the others up from the airport during the evening of July 16, 2008. Later during the evening of July 16, 2008, Ms. Huizenga received a telephone call from Ms. Anthony's mother. Ms. Anthony's mother told Ms. Huizenger the car Ms. Anthony uses had been found, but Ms. Anthony and Caylee Anthony could not be found. Ms. Huizenga agreed to take Ms. Anthony's mother to Mr. Lazzaro's residence." The correct date for both listings is "July 15, 2008."

I discovered during the synopsis of the synopsis of the interview I conducted with witness, Jeffrey Hopkins II, I erroneously listed the following:

"Ms. Anthony and Jeffrey Hopkins II had a brief conversation and returned to their meals. Mr. Anthony had never met Caylee Anthony, and had no idea why Mrs. Anthony called his parent's residence." I erroneously listed "Mr. Anthony had never met Caylee Anthony..." The correct sentence is "Jeffrey Hopkins II never met Caylee Anthony..."
