SUPPLEMENT #2 - INCIDENT REPORT (07/17/08):

On July 17, 2008 at approximately 0850 hours, I contacted Eli Sieiman (witnesS#1) over the phone, in reference to him having information on a possible sighting of Caylee Anthony.

Eli stated the following: On Tuesday July 15, 2008, at approximately 1100 hours, he and his seven year old son were at the Chuck "E" Cheese (located at 7419 International Drive). At approximately 1230 hours, he noticed a young female child (approximately 2-3 years old) standing next to a telephone game, located in the middle of the business toward the rear. What made the child stand out to him was that she looked very similar to a girl he and his son knew. He then pointed her out to his son and his son agreed she looked like the girl they knew. He did not see any adults or other children with the child and could only remember that she had two pony tails. The child appeared to be in good health, but did not seem to be happy.

On July 17, 2008 he was watching the locale news and saw the story on the missing child, Caylee Anthony. He is 99.9 % positive that the girl he and his son saw at Chuck "E" Cheese was Caylee Anthony.

I then contacted Chuck "E" Cheese (407-351-3369) and inquired about the video surveillance. They indicated they do have video surveillance but was not sure how long it is stored for before being deleted and the store manager was not at the store to answer this question. After several calls the store manager had not returned to the store.
