At that time Caylee's mother, Casey, said on the July 15, 2008 911 call that her daughter had been missing for "31 days." In support thereof the Defendant would allege that: 1. On July 16, 2008, the Defendant was arrested and remains in the custody of the Orange County Jail. 2. The media have already released transcripts of phone calls to or from the jail, various 911 calls made by the Defendant and her family, and the video taken during visitation between the Defendant and her family. 3. The release of any visitation vide0-conferencing could impede the investigation, chill the public's willingness to report any leads, and compromise the integrity of the Defendant's right to a fair trial. 4. This has proven to be a high-profile cae that has gained national recognition and the release of the above-mentioned recordings, or any public records requests made pursuant to chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, could irreversibly taint the criminal in the above-styled cause. WHEREFORE the Defendant, CASEY MARIE ANTHONY, prays that this Honorable Court enter a protective order preventing the release of any further public records.
