The grand jury witnesses are free to speak to anyone they want about what happened in the grand jury room. I understand some of the grand jurors have expressed a desire to have the same freedom. We all know that the authorities involved have sometimes shared with others.... and maybe it is time a bit was made public.

Questions asked in the grand jury room included some about gardening gloves that might have been worn by Patsy when she worked in the yard. Witnesses were asked about Patsy's "navy and lavender gloves." But witnesses didn't remember her owning any gardening gloves, they remembered she didn't mind getting her hands dirty - gardening, painting, whatever, Patsy was not terribly fussy on that.

The gloves seemed important to the prosecution - they acted like the gloves were an established fact. But I don't see them in any evidence list, never read about them in any book.

I think the point was he was trying to get someone to say Patsy wore gloves - - that there should have been SOME in the house- - but I don't see where any were found.

Maybe someone has other ideas on this?

What you are discussing is a leak. You are giving out official information while you are not an official authorized to give it out. So who told you this story? You want to identify leaks and where they came from; you can lead by example.
