Washington, DC - November 16, 1998: The Entertainment Section of the Sludge Report provides a brief synopsis of interesting events of the past weekend on the JusticeWatch Forum for those who spent the weekend with their family and/or friends.

MrsBrady to the rescue: MrsBrady's web page provided emergency relief to JW junkies when the JonBenet forum of record went down this weekend. First, MrsBrady informed everyone that Chris was working on getting JW back up, then told us the new Web address when JW was restored. MrsBrady - how could we survive without you??

Cal Ripkin Longevity Award: To Greenleaf for the thread "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner?" - started on Nov 6th and still going Sunday night the 15th. Linda even provided us Jeralyn lovers a picture (post #47). Funny stuff!

Monkey business?: In her thread, "We respect your business," Thinker provides a thoughtful analysis of why this was included in the ransom note. Now if we just knew why the note said "use your good southern common sense."

And a side order of grits, please: Jan tells us about PR's church providing food to the in morning Ramsey family and friends. Her thread, "Rack of Lamb for Eight," relates the funny story of PR sending menus to the church folk telling them what to send and how to prepare the food. Final straw for the church people was an order for Rack of Lamb for eight.

Of scapegoats, busses, and pariahs: jerryz's "Uplifting Limericks," ably supported by Ev, fly, darby, Jerry and Houston, provided humor about scapegoats being thrown under busses by pariahs, as best I could tell.

The devil you say?: gsquared not only quoted Romans 13 and Proverbs 28 in her thread "The Word of God," but called God and communicated via e-mail with him. You'all will have to read Post # 5 to see what he said. You called the wrong place, gsquared.

Scrabble anyone?: In the thread, "SBTC = Duct?" Imbackon managed to convert SBTC to TCUD then Duct - amazing!! It's late - I need rest.

Greenleaf still #1: Honk if you believe Greenleaf's "Bumper Stickers For Sale" was hilarious! Outstanding contributions by Starling, Panico, darby, Ev, Nikki, Harmony, Lurker, johnlin, nac216, starfish, Sask, LurkerXIV, pelican, gsquared, and Linda.
