Subject: 12/18/2007 meeting
I regret to inform you that I will be unable to attend our meeting today. I has come to my attention, that the Human Resources Building will be closed from Tuesday, December 18, 2007, until Wednesday, December 19, 2007. Unfortunately, I know that this does not meet your request, and the agreement we had reached yesterday afternoon. I deeply apologize, and hope that I will be able to be of further assistance, later this week. I am doing everything in my power, to make sure that you will be fully compensated for this inconvenience.
I hope you understand that, with today's closure, neither the Human Resources Building, Payroll Department, nor the Credit Union will be accessible. I also hope to be able to explain the situation to you, in more detail, when we meet this week.
Please, if you have any questions, comments or concerns, feel free to contact me via my home email addres, listed above,
Thank you for your time, and I hope you have a wonderful day!

I have a bit of news that I wanted to share with everyone. We just signed our 50th
band for the Battle of the Bands. Our new goal is to reach 100. The more bands we
have playing, the higher our reviews. This is scheduled to be the biggest event in over
15 years. Be proud of the work you have done, and please, keep it up!

hola. sorry i didn't get a chance to call you back earlier. i've been sitting around waiting for a few calls
myself, and trying to get all this 'stuff' taken care of at city walk. seriously, if mike ever leaves me alone
with all of this again, i don't know what i'm going to do! ah!!!
anyway, we're still blocked from the building, surprise surprise, but the good news is, i should be in
sometime late tonight. 3 of the 5 stages have been built, and they'll be setting up the lighting around 6 or 7.
i need you here around 10 tomorrow. you and jules will be working backstage with the bands. we'll have new wrist bands tomorrow, along with the brand new t-shirts and poles you've all been excitedly waiting for.
are you working the event at studios tonight? text me later. I'll be stuck at out city walk, until i can get into the office tonight. i swear, these jerks need to get the cleaning people out of there already, and let me in!!

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, but I have been out of the office for the past week.
We only have one record for the name Cheryl Davis. She was a server for Pat O'Brien's in Citywalk from 12/10/98 - 3/1/99. The information we have on file is a phone number 407-856-0913. According to the website http://www.uomeetingsandevents.com/Events/Meet_Team/meet_team.asp there is no position "East Coast VP of Marketing/Sales". In addition, there is only one VP, and he is in charge of the entire department, not a geographical area.
I can not find any record of a Katherine Hart or a Gabe Marsh.
Mike (Michael) Hamilton produced three results. the first is a Michael D who worked for Finnegan's Bar and Grill in Universal Studios as a n hourly employee. Michael D was employed from June 3, 2004 through October 30, 2004. The contact we have on file for him is 407-851-4799. The next name is Michael J who worked for Hard Rock Corporate (third party). He was hired on February 23, 1998 and left the company on October 6, 1999. We do not have any contact information for him at all. the third name is Michael P who was an hourly team member who worked a cart in islands of Adventure. He was employed from July 8, 2004 through April 7, 2007. His cell pho0ne on record is 407-355-3097.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at any time.

- "Good Afternoon. I'm letting you all know that I will be back in town, sometime late this evening. I had to make a trip back to Tampa, to complete the workshop. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I know that we have some new people starting tomorrow, which is wonderful! I can't wait to meet each of you. I will be stopping tomorrow morning, and make keys for everyone, so there won't be any further disruptions in the regular day-to-day shuffle. I heard that things went great last night, and that surely its a relief. Tomorrow night, we are switching things up a bit.; There will be an opening act, thanks to Gabe and Mike's promotions over the past few days. We are also trying to set-up the Battle of the Bands, for the first weekend of June. I'll update you more on that, as we sign more artists. As of right now, we have 25 confirmed, and another 15 that have been invited, over the past few months. We do however need to get more help before then, so if you know anyone interested in volunteering for the event, or anyone interested in a part-time postion, please have them forward me their resume, and we will get things put together as quickly as possible.
I'll be checking in with Tony periodically, and I will update you as I have more information.
Don't forget, black polos, dark jeans, and black shoes for LIFEHOUSE.
Casey, VIP reservations need to be confirmed before 5pm today. Please email me when you have done so. I know you already hae the list, and had started making calls last week. Just remember how important it is that we make last minute adjustments flow as gracefully as we can.
Justine, the Back Stage area will be revamped for tomorrow night's performance. Check with me for the new layout after 8am tomorrow mornning.
Manuel, Ticket Sales havfe not yet been sold out. However, we see the numbers rises very quickly.; I will make sure that you hae plenty of estra hands.
We are placing Juliet, Bonnie, and Hector as the floaters, meaning, they will take turns learning the ropes with each of you, throughtout the night. The buddy system always seems to work the bst, so here's to hoping!
I'll be in touch. Someone has to keep things going :)
Cheryl Davis, East Coast VP of Marketing/Sales."
