I am not sure why it was allowed, but somehow Murphy managed to get control over the Mirc chatroom #WebbSleuths. I set up the room months ago and was listed as the founder until yesterday. Today it is in Murphy's name.

I have written to the people at Mirc and asked them to please research who founded the room (me - months ago) and to return the room to me. I don't know when or if that will happen.

If it happens, great - if not, we will set up another room - the name will be posted here before Wednesday's day chat.

For those of you who care to complain about the unfairness of this - please send email to irc@eskimo.com In the title, put Channel dispute - WebbSleuths Let them know that the room was registered and active. Ask them to check their records, determine how ownership of the channel could change hands overnight without the founder's permission - and ask them to do the proper thing and return the forum to jameson.

Like I said, this is a bother, we can have another room easily - but the point is do you want to let the room go without any fight at all?

I have better things to do with my time than play the forum games. I think Murphy, CandyRose, and others really need to get a life - they are clearly not here for JonBenét. Considering their hateful ways, (they are most definitely not "live and let live" people), I think it is just cheaper than the therapy they apparently need.

I am going back to case - spending time playing their games is a waste of time and I DO have things I'd rather do.

Unbelievable. Now why would I have anything to do with this womans chatroom? It was WebbSleuths Community Forum chatroom and Murphy owns that site so it would be of Murphy's

interest not mine.

I mean, I am happy for Murphy now that they got their chatroom back finally but I had nothing to do with. Matter a fact I haven't even talked with Murphy for quite a while. I was beginning to wonder where she was at.

Of course Seal (in my opinion) has his nose right up her butt because she posted her message about the missing chat room and Seal follows as usual 15 minutes later that he is going to write to the IRC folks. Now here is a poster who never, I repeat, never goes into IRC for the commmunity chats. Why is that? Seal can post all hours of the day and night but never can show up for the same chat that his hero, Jameson is in? Why is that? But he is going to write to the IRC folks on behalf of the chats for the community that he has nothing to do with? Does that make sense to you?

Back when Jammy and I were friends, she told me that she thought Seal was as dumb as a post, but she put up with her because they were trying to get the Mountain Board up and going. Of course, the above is just my opinion of what JammySue said. It may have been more along the lines of, "Seal is the only human being alive that actually flunked an IQ test....."

BJ, this makes no sense at all. WebbSleuths is Murphy's forum and Murphy's chatroom...and it is Murphy's concern. Not yours and not mine. I'm pleased that Murphy has her chatroom back.

Why on earth JammySue would think that you had anything to do with that chat room is beyond me. You have your own forum and your own chat room to keep up with.

My guess is that Seal's nose is a nice, crappy, Jammy Brown. If hir stopped walking suddenly, it would take a surgeon to separate the two.

So...Sealie doesn't go to chat, huh? Maybe he is too stupid to be in a chat room. Maybe someone writes his posts for him, and they are just posted under his hat. His babbling about notifying IRC sounds foolish....especially in light of the fact that he doesn't go to chat.Sealie is a real piece of work.

Nothing that they do over at the TinySkulls makes any sense.

I am guessing that Murphy's forum is a lot more peaceful and respectable now that Jammy and her followers are gone.

Well, HOORAY for Murf. Way to go. Yippee.. Happy days are here again. Murf has ended up with the Webbsleuths logo plus the Webbsleuths chat room. It's a great day to be Irish. This is just my kittykat opinion.

They are totally wacko over there. I am not going to say I have not been supportive to Murphy and her forum to get her community chat room back but there was very little I could have done to physically help her do that.

All I can say is congratulations Murphy. Your hard work paid off whatever you did !!!

And this will give Jameson the opportunity to create that chatoom she talked about from the beginning. I think it was suppose to be called #jonbenet.

Yes, it does appear from postings on the little head forum that Jameson contacted IRC and got the #webbsleuths room back. She claimed she had the room since January but last I checked a few weeks ago, the date on that room being created was Apr 22 14:29:01 1999 so I don't know how she could have had it since January.

It sounds like in Jameson's posting on the little head forum that she is also claiming that the WebbSleuths Forum was HER FORUM and not Murphys. She posted that Murphy only set up that forum just for Jameson.

Well sorry Murphy. I was hoping you would get your chat room back. LP has posted on the same thread over there that BayBB, Mati, Maxi and Tall_P were in the #webbsleuths chat room acting dumb when she went in the other night I guess during this suspected takeover on the chat room.

So I would bet pretty good odds that those four mention above would not be welcomed into the #webbsleuths chatroom but I guess we will have to wait and see who else gets kicked out.

What's right is right - and the Mirc cops researched the channel - found that I first registered it in January and have maintained it all along. They removed Murphy as founder and gave me back the room. I am setting it back up now.

Murphy had very few friends when she set up her forum - she set it up FOR ME - in fact, few people realized she owned it. They certainly did go there because it was MY forum.

Not for me, but because they wanted a safe place to post where the lynch mob was NOT in control. That is still where many people want to be - in a safe forum where they can talk Ramsey.

Murphy has her forum - she has enough on her plate, I would think. Why she insists on monitoring everything I do is beyond me!

strange but true.

Anyway, WebbSleuths is up and running and OURS!

The saga of the WebbSleuths Liberation Front:

On Sunday night we saw the room was no longer registered, we assumed it had been abandoned, and jams was doing the right thing: setting up the #jonbenet chatroom as she had said she would. Of course we reclaimed it for the purpose for which it was intended -- a chatroom opened by the WS Community for discussion by any and all pov's. We checked with the services people last night and got the poop. And poop it is.

There was an error in the program Sunday night which de-registered chatrooms beginning with W. When jams complained about the liberation of the room, the IRC people checked the IRC people felt their rules required them to return it to hir. The problem arises because of a technicality: although jams originally registered the room at the behest of the WebbSleuths Community, she used hir own info rather than the Community info.

What jams and hir henchpersons need to realize is that knowing a few names will not stop a liberation movement.

LOL Maxi, I will never forget that night. I actually thought that they might have moved the room to another server like Dalnet. Alas, that was not the case. When LP came in, I thought she was playing dumb. I should have known it was not an act.
