Caylee Marie Anthony HOMICIDE - Orlando, Florida (R.I.P. 2005-2008) Age: 2-1/2, Caylee Anthony was reported missing by her grandmother, Cindy Anthony on July 15, 2008. At that time Caylee's mother, Casey, said on the July 15, 2008 911 call that her daughter had been missing for "31 days." Date of disappearance is unknown but the math adds up to last seen as of June 15, 2008. (#03) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Jeffrey "Dale" Hopkins testified that he knew Casey Anthony from middle school but he's NOT the Jeffrey "Michael" Hopkins (Imaginary friend) that Casey said was a co-worker at Universal who Casey claimed knew Zanny the Nanny and about Caylee missing.

(#04) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Jeffrey "Dale" Hopkins did work at Universal Studios in 2002. Hopkins ran into Casey Anthony at the Waterford Lake Ale House 07/02/08. Conversation was, "Hey how you been, haven't see you in while," they exchanged numbers and that was it.

(#05) Assistant Prosecutor asked Jeffrey Hopkings if Casey Anthony ever told him that Zanaida Gonzalez took her daughter? Hopkins did know she had a daughter but he never met the child. Later he received text messages from Casey inviting him to Fusan Ultra Lounge.

(#06) Jose Baez, during cross examination ask Hopkins if he was Jeffrey "Michael" Hopkins and Hopkins told him no. Baez asked Hopkins if Casey had a crush on him in middle school. Did they have "puppy love" eyes for each other? Hopkins said no just friends.

(#07) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Leonard Turtora is the Loss Prevention Assistant Manager at Universal Orlando. He said Casey Anthony never worked for Universal but did work for Kodak (Colorvision) until April 2006. Kodak contracted with Universal to take photos of park visitors.

(#08) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Leonard Turtora said Casey Anthony's outcry witnesses, Juliette Lewis, Zanaida Gonzalez (Zanny the Nanny) NEVER worked at Universal. Cheryl Davis' e-mail could not be validated and Jeffrey Hopkins worked at Universal until 2002.

(#09) State Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick confirmed with Leonard Turtora that the Universal data base maintains information on employees of Universal as well as employees of third party vendors such as Kodak.

(#10) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Leonard Turtora said at Universal, Casey pointed to a building that had nothing to do with the Events Department. After Casey lead Turtora and LE to the building and down an inside hall, she put her hands in back pockets and said "I don't work here."

(#11) Defense Attorney Cheney Mason cross examined Leonard Turtora. Mason said, "Bringing Casey Anthony to the park (Universal) was a "sham" because they knew she was lying." Mason asked if Thomas Manley was real or imaginary. Turtora said "Imaginary."

(#13) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Yuri Melich (OCSO) arrived at Universal Studios about 9-9:30am 07/16/08. The purpose was to verify Casey's outcry witnesses, including suspect, Zanaida Gonzalez, who Casey said was a seasonal worker there. Casey also said she lost a cell phone at work so Melich was seeking the phone or "lost phone" report.

Appie Wells went to Hopespring Dr to pick up Casey Anthony and drove her to Universal Studios. Melich met Casey at the employee entrance gate at Universal Orlando.

(#15) Evidence: Photo of hallway inside Universal Studios where Casey Anthony lead Leonard Turtora and law enforcement to show where she claimed she worked. They entered through the double doors, turned left and down the hall. In this hall Casey stopped and said to Leonard Turtora, "I don't work here."

(#16) Evidence: Photo of conference room where Leonard Turtora, the Loss Prevention Assistant Manager at Universal allowed law enforcement to talk freely with casey. (NOTE: Photo NOT taken 07/16/08). Melich and Casey sat on the sofa, John Allen and Appie Wells on the chair. LE did a recorded interview with Casey Anthony in this room.

(#20) State Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick confirmed with Yuri Melich that there was no surveillance video at the Sawgrass Apartments and although there were surveillance camera's on the Amscot Financial building (where car was abandon), they were non functioning as surveillance cameras.

(#21) State Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick confirmed with Yuri Melich that during an earlier interview 07/16/08 with Casey at Hopespring Drive that she gave Yuri Melich a zip drive with photos of Caylee and some phone records for June/July 2008. Casey used the HP desktop computer.

(#22) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Yuri Melich (OCSO) testified when they left Universal 07/16/08 that Casey went with John Allen to his vehicle. She sat in passengers seat looking through photos from LE DAVID system of persons known as Zenaida Gonzalez. Casey attached a silver Ford Focus as Zenaida's vehicle. Melich said he never located Zenaida Gonzalez that Casey described to him.

(#23) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Yuri Melich (OCSO) verifies for the state prosecutor the evidence he collected such as Casey Anthony's cell phone, Nokia cell phone model 2610, owner Casey Anthony. LE obtained court order to get text messages and other historical data from the cell phone. LE got phone contact list then cell records directly from AT&T.

(#25) Evidence: Det. Yuri Melich verifies evidence envelopes collected on items belonging to Caylee Anthony. #1: Four toothbrushes, #2: Hairbrush, #3: Comb, #4: thermometer. All items were given by Cindy Anthony as belonging to Caylee Anthony.

(#26) Jose Baez points out immediately to Yuri Melich that he turns to the jury when answering questions. Then Baez asks if Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez was the original suspect in this case and not Casey Anthony. Melich tells him yes.

(#27) Jose Baez asked Det. Melich, 'This is after you verified no Zenaida Gonzalez lives at Sawgrass Apartments, child been missing for 30 days, finding car with foul odor, Casey Anthony lying about Universal Studios, Jeffrey Hopkins hasn't worked there since 2002, no Juliette Lewis or Zenaida Gonzalez worked for Universal, and Casey wasn't the suspect?'

(#28) Jose Baez then asked Det. Yuri Melich that he knew Casey was handcuffed when he gave her written statement on 07/16/08. That was objected to by the State. Baez changed then his questioning to the Sawgrass. Melich said there was a guest card filled out by a Zenaida Gonzalez at the Sawgrass. Ref 31days: 06/17/2008

(#31) State Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick asked Det. Yuri Melich if Cindy Anthony gave him a specific date when the "pool ladder" situation occured? Melich said it happened in June 2008. He said he called Cindy during a break in the Universal interview with Casey and that's when Cindy told him about the pool ladder incident.

(#32) WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION: Yuri Melich (OCSO) testified that during the 07/16/08 interview at Universal that Casey Anthony did not adopt the swimming pool theory suggested by Sgt. John Allen as an accident scenero. Casey continued to maintain that Caylee was kidnapped by Zenaida Gonzalez.

(#33) Evidence: Video of Jail visits between Casey Anthony and her brother Lee Anthony 07/25/08 at noon. Lee tells his sister in video he is doing his own research and knows Jeff Hopkins and Juliette Lewis are real people. Casey tells Lee that Amy can be trusted "most definitely" but she said not to trust Jesse Grund.

(#35) Defense Attorney Jose Baez wants to call a MISTRIAL. Baez claims he hasn't reviewed these videos but Judge Perry reminded him the deadline was 12/31/10 to review evidence to be redacted. Baez says these jail tapes are highly prejudicial. Judge Perry denied the motion for mistrial and denied all current motions.

Casey tells Cindy Zenaida had a key to their house. Casey message to Zanny: "She needs to give Caylee back" tell Caylee "mommy loves her very much... Be brave

(#38) Evidence: Video of Jail visits between Casey Anthony and her parents 07/25/08 at 1:00pm. George asks Casey has she ever thought about going straight to authorities without Baez. Casey continues to tell parents about Jeffrey Hopkins, whom she was not really ever engaged to. Cindy: "We can't find Jeff" (MarkieMark is Charlie Brown is Mark Hawkins)

(#39) Evidence: Video of Jail visits between Casey Anthony and her parents 07/25/08 at 2:00pm. Casey tells her parents Caylee is so lucky to have grandparents like them. Casey tells George he's a great Dad. Casey: "You've been a great dad and the best grandfather." George tells Casey he loves her and wants to take her pain away.

(#40) Evidence: Video of Jail visits between Casey Anthony and her parents 07/25/08 at 2:00pm. Casey gives description of Zanny. 5'6-5'7 about 140ish pounds, tan, brown eyes. Casey says Zanny has a lot of money. She tells parents about Zenaida's family tree. Casey says LE never did a composite sketch of Zenaida.

(#42) Evidence: Video of Jail visits between Casey Anthony and her brother, Lee Anthony 07/28/08 at 9:00am. (Note: Once these jail videos were released to TV in 2008, Jose Baez stopped the visits.) Lee tells Casey about the media and help. Billboards, t-shirts, bracelets, flyers, etc. Lee: "Mom is working with media, Dad getting volunteers." Casey tells Lee she can't think of anything to tell him.
