Marker #1: This marker indicates the area where the soil was disturbed. This area was located on the east side of the residence behind the swimming pool. I took measurements of the disturbed soil area. The measurement was 12" in width and 5" in depth.

After photographing marker #1 this investigator, ASL Michael Vincent and Sgt. John Allen decided that the area should be checked by K-9 (Cadaver dog). D/S Jason Fogery arrived at the residence with his K-9. The K-9 checked the backyard area. After checking the backyard, S/S Forgery informed us that his K-9 paid special interest to the playground area and surrounding area near the play house.

Marker #2: Play ground description: Located in the backyard on the north side of the residence. The play ground area consisted of a plastic play house. Underneath the play house there were twenty five pieces of square concrete. The concrete square area was 6' X 6'. This area was marked as area #2. D/S Forgery informed us that he will contact the Deputy fro Osceola County K-9 Unit in order to confirm his findings. For more details see photos below.

[Exhibit - Orange County Sheriff's Office Forensics Report 01/01/09]

The Osceola County Deputy, along with her K-9 Cadaver dog arrived on scene to conduct a second search. After checking the area the Osceola Deputy informed us that her dog had shown interest in three areas in the backyard. The first one was the ground that was checked by OCSO do (Marker #2) near the play house. The second one was the portion of the ground located near the screened patio porch located on the south side of the residence. This area was marked as Marker #3. The third area was the portion of the ground located on the east side of the play ground area. This area was marked as Marker #4. For more details about Markers #3, 4 see photos below.
