In forensics Lab I inspected art#1 to Art #11 Item #H-52175 using ALS in order to find any trace evidence or any suspected stain. I found suspected stains on art#2 to Art #11. No suspected stain was found on art #1.

Art #2:Gray skirt brand name "Coolwear"
Stain:Located on the left side.

Art #3:Light gray brand name shirt "mossamo" size 5.
Stain:located on the left side of the pocket.

Art #4:White shirt brand name "George" size xs.
Stain:located on the left side of the bottom area.

Art #5:Salmon color pull over shirt brand name "Solution" size M.
Stain:located near the neck area.

Art #6:Pink shirt brand name "Solution" size M.
Stain:located on both sides of the skirt.

Art #7:Green shirt brand name "Quizz Again" size S.
Stains:Three stains were located on the left side of the bottom area and one stain was located on the back bottom area.

Note:Art #8 and art #9 I observed the same stains on the back and front of the skirts.

I processed the exterior and the interior of the vehicle for possible latent fingerprints using black powder. As a result, I was able to locate and lift a latent fingerprint on the following area of the vehicle:

1. Fragment of latent fingerprint was lifted from the exterior trunk.

At approximately 1630 hours I received a call from Detective Yuri Melich and he asked me if in the trash bag there was any kind of detergent product. Detective Melich asked me to call Dr. Vass of the Oakridge National Laboratory Tennessee in order to inform him about the items that I found. I called Dr. Vass and I informed him that the items that I found that had chemical ingredient was in #15 which had anionic and nonionic. In number #14 I did not found any ingredients on the label of the bottle; however I provided him the name of the manufacturer.

Tuesday, August 12, 2008

At approximately 1811 hours ASL Michael Vincent arrived at the Forensics office and informed me that he had a cap that could be related with this case. ASL Vincent proceeded to showed me the cap that had the following description: 100% cotton/White/probably was pink in color/wet/.

Letter:VIP:Very Important Princess. I observed that the cap had dirt and several dry leaves on it. The dry leaves has a similar color of the dry leaves that I collected from the vehicle mentioned in this report on page #2. The cap was placed in the dry room.

Monday, August 25, 2008

At approximately 1100 hours I met with ASL Michael Vincent regarding a white trash bag with blue handle which said bag contained several items. (Art#1, Item #H-51976)

ASL Vincent asked if inside the trash bag contained pizza or any type meat. I informed ASL Vincent that when I checked inside the trash bag on July 16, 2008, I did not find any pizza or any type of meat. After said conversation, ASL Vincent instructed me to go to the Evidence Unit and retrieve art #1 in order to re-check the trash bag again. At approximately 1153 hours I arrived at the Evidence Unit and I collected a sealed box containing the trash bag. At approximately 1300 hours I arrived at the Forensics Lab and proceeded to open the sealed box.

Thursday, August 28, 2008:

Art #, Item #H-5976 removed from my evidence locker by ASL Vincent for re-inspection at 1030 am, and secured once again in my locker at 1100 hours.

Saturday, August 30, 2008:

Art #1, Item #H-5976 removed from my evidence locker by ASL Vincent for processing at 1300 hours, and secured once again in my locker at 1700 hours.

Monday, September 8, 2009:

I arrived at the Evidence Section and submitted Art #1, Item #H-51976 for storage.

At approximately 525 hours, while still at the Evidence Unit, I received a call from Karen Cowan of the FBI Orlando. Mrs. Cowan informed me that she received a call from the FBI Lab and they informed her that they are interested in the examination of the shovel Art #1, Item #H-52026. I informed Ms. Cowan that the shovel was in the Evidence Section. This investigator made arrangements for a meeting on Tuesday, September (, 2008 in order to transfer the shovel to Ms. Cowan. At approximately 1530 hours I retrieved the shovel and transported it to our evidence room. At approximately 1620 hours I secured the shovel in my evidence locker.

Tuesday, September 9, 2008:

At approximately 1100 hours Karen Cowan, from the FBI arrived at the Forensics Office. I transferred to Karen Cowan via property form the following piece of evidence:

At approximately 1340 hours I arrived to the Evidence Unit and I collected a sealed box containing the trash bag. I transported the evidence to our Forensics evidence room and at approximately 1420 hours I secured the evidence in my evidence locker.

At approximately 11:00 hours I was informed by ASL Michael Vincent that he had a meeting at the Orange County Sheriff's Office with Karen Cowan of the FBI Orlando. According to ASL Vincent, the FBI requested addition evidence from the vehicle.

Tuesday, October 7, 2008:

While I was at the Evidence Unit I received a call from ASL Michael Vincent who informed me that he needed (Art #1, Item #H-51976) box which contained trash. In the Evidence Unit I spoke with Evidence Intake, Mr. Terry Gorman, and I informed him that we needed again the art #1 Item #H-51976. At 1430 hours I received the evidence from Mr. Gorman via property form.

At approximately 1615 hours I transported the evidence to our Forensics Office where ASL Vincent received Art #1, Item #H-51976.

At approximately 1635 hours I met with ASL Michael Vincent in the Forensics Lab. ASL Vincent informed me that when he opened the trash bag inside the box he observed what appeared to be two human hairs. One was attached to a napkin that was collected by ASL Vincent and placed in the plastic bag and the other was located over the piece of napkin that was inside the trash bag that was inside the box. I proceeded to photograph the hairs and collect as evidence. (Art #1, Item #H-60074)

At approximately 1645 hours I received Art #1, Item #H-51976 and secured it in my evidence locker.

I transported Art #1, Item #H-51976 where at approximately 0930 hours Evidence Intake, Mr. Terry Gorman took custody of the evidence.
