[Abraham Shakespeare]Abraham Shakespeare MURDERED - Plant City, Florida (Hillsborough Co.) April 2009
Abraham Shakespeare (42) won $31 million dollars in the Florida Lottery in 2006. He took a lump sum payout of approximately $17 million. He remained a frugal person as he had before his lottery windfall, but after numerous failed real estate transactions, loans, and friendships Abraham has suddenly gone missing. He was last seen in the Lakeland area in April 2009. Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore) stated in the media that she bought out Abraham's debts to enable him to move away to escape paying child support arrears for a second child that was born after the lottery windfall. Law Enforcement believes there may be more to this story. Abraham Shakespeare's body was found on January 28, 2010 buried beneath a cement slab on the rear property of Shar Krasniqi located at 5802 S.R.60 East, Plant City, Florida 33567. Shar Krasniqi was the boyfriend of Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore). On February 2, 2010 Dee Dee Moore was arrested, first charged with Accessory after the fact and later with First Degree Murder of Abraham Shakespeare.

Tuesday, November 17, 2009 1430 Hours

I attended a briefing on the case at the direction of Sergeant Ken Raczynski (#3654). During this briefing, I learned Abraham Shakespeare had been reported missing to the PCSO on 11/09/2009. He had not been seen since around April of 2009. I was assigned to assist Detective David Cavanah (5846) with the phone records concerning this case. I was

instructed to subpoena every phone carrier to ascertain if Shakespeare had obtained a new cell phone since April of 2009.

A review of Shakespeare's phone records led me to believe he last used his phone on 04/06/2009, with his last call being an incoming call at 1958 hours. His tower activity indicated he was in the vicinity of his residence in North Lakeland that day, until around 1912 hours. For all of his twenty-eight phone calls from 0227 hours until 1912 hours on this date, his phone utilized Verizon Tower #412, which is located at 9425 Hwy 98N, Lakeland, FL. This tower is less than two miles from his residence. His next two calls, both at 1956 hours, utilized Verizon Tower #109, which is located at 2823 Dan Kendrick Road, Plant City, FL. His last call, at 1958 hours, utilized Verizon Tower #94, located at 602 Alabama Street, Plant City, FL. His phone does not hit off a tower again until 04/08/2009. Two of the three calls on that date were to Judy Haggins, and one six second incoming calls in between the two calls to Haggins. For those calls his phone was utilizing Verizon Tower #45, located at 2530 State Road 60 West, Plant City, FL.

1300 Hours

I began assisting with a survellance of Dorice Moore at the Lakeland Square Mall. Moore was meeting with a subject, Gregory Todd Smith, who was assisting with this investigation. I began videoing this meeting moments after Moore got into Smith's vehicle, which was parked in the parking lot directly south of Dillard's and east of the Food Court entrance. The video cassette was subsquently submitted to the PCSO property/evidence section. After Moore and Smith met, I continued survelling Moore as she left the parking lot and proceeded to Plant City, FL. Moore was driving a Brown 2009 Chevrolet 2500 four-wheel drive crew cab pick-up truck (FL Tag 792WPG). Moore parked in front of "The Artistry" beauty salon, located at 1505 S. Alexander Street, Plant City, FL.

1600 Hours

Moore left the hair salon and traveled to her residence. The survellance was terminated during that time.

Monday, January 25, 2010

0900 Hours

I began assisting with another survellance of Dorice Moore, which was already underway. Moore was meeting Smith again at the Lakeland Square Mall parking lot. After this meeting, I survelled Moore and observed her go to the intersection of 2nd Street and Kettles Avenue in Lakeland, FL. Moore stayed at this location for approximately five minutes, then departed and went to Interstate four. Moore traveled east on Interstate four to the SR559 exit, where she looped around and went back west on Interstate four. I terminated the visual survellance at that time. I continue to monitor Moore via a GPS tracker installed on her vehicle.

1100 Hours

I arrived in the area of 5802 Hwy 60 East Plant City, FL to begin survelling this residence. I was informed Moore was going to be preparing for Smith to come dig up Shakespeare's body and move it to another location. Moore arrived at the residence at approximately 1128 hours. Around 1200 hours, Moore left and went south on Turkey Creek Road. At that time, I was out of my vehicle on Turkey Creek Road, not realizing she had left her residence. Since Moore passed me, I left the immediate area. The GPS Tracker indicated she went to the residence located at 8704 South Turkey Creek Road. This residence is owned by Linda Donegan, Moore's mother. At approximately 1228 hours, Moore went to the Circle K Store located at the intersection of Hwy 60 and Turkey Creek Road, where she met Smith again. Around 1254 Hours, Moore went to the Advance Auto Parts Store located at the intersection of Hwy 60 and SR39. Moore returned to her residence around 1302 hours.

I continued to survel the residence by periodically passing by on Hwy 60, since I was the only detective conducting the survellance that afternoon, I observed Moore depart in a white Ford F150. I subsequently observed this vehicle hitched to an enclosed utility trailer, which was backed up to the garage of the residence located at 5802 Hwy 60 east.

I arrived back at the scene on Hwy 60. The discs were turned over to HCSO Detective Tom Pettis. I was subsequently instructed to respond to Sam's Club in North Lakeland and attempt to get video of Dorice Moore purchasing items there, and ascertain what items she purchased on 01/24/2010 at 1129 hours.

1600 Hours

I arrived at the North Lakeland Sam's Club, located at 4600 Hwy 98 North. I met with Chris Uderman, who is the General Manager. Uderman provided me with a still photo of Moore at the register. A duplicate receipt of the items she purchased, and her account information (See attached). Upon Reviewing the receipt, I learned Moore purchased a two-pack of Scope, a three-pack of Clorox bleach (182oz bottles), a box of hardwood flooring, a broom and dust pan, and a 3x5 commercial entry mat. I then met with Jenny Hames, who attempted to provide me with the video. Due to technical difficulties, she was unable to do so at that time.

1635 Hours

I arrived at the PCSO Northwest District Command Center, where Shar Krasniqi was being interviewed by Detective Clark and HCSO Detective Pettis, who was recording the interview. During this interview, Krasniqi denied having any knowledge of Shakespeare's death until Monday night (01/25/2010), or helping Moore in anyway regarding covering up his death.

1750 Hours

I arrived back at the North Lakeland Sam's Club, where I seized the video of Moore purchasing the above items on 01/24/2010.

Wednesday, January 27, 2010

I arrived back at the scene on Hwy 60. Throughout the day, I assisted the HCSO Detectives and crime scene technicians by carrying buckets of dirt from the dig site to personnel operating the sifters. That afternoon, human remains were discovered approximately five feet below ground level. There was a large section of apparent lime over the body. During the excavation of the area, apparent fingerprints and palm prints were found embedded in the lime, which was hardened. The decedent appeared to be Shakespeare with the height (6'5") and hair matching his description. He was still wearing clothing and there appeared to be a bullet hole in the chest area of his shirt.

1945 Hours

The decedent was removed from the site and transported to the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner's Office.

2045 Hours

I departed the scene.

Friday, January 29, 2010

0930 Hours

I arrived at the PSCO Identification Section, where I picked up certified copies of Shakespeare's fingerprints.

1000 Hours

I arrived at the scene on Hwy 60, where I turned the prints over to HCSO Staff.

1100 Hours

HCSO Detective Messer and I began a final search of the residence located at 5732 Hwy 60. During this time, I observed possible blood on the inside of the folding door of the pantry in the kitchen. I also observed possible blood on the inside of the door of the bathroom in the northwest bedroom, as well as possible blood on the inside of the center vanity door of that bedroom. While in the office located in the north side of the residence, I noticed a large monitor on the desk. This monitor was the same brand as the security camera I had observed on the north side of the residence near the back door. All of these items were pointed out to Detective Messer, who was still acting as the crime scene detective.

1500 Hours

I was directed to attempt to locate a storage unit that Dorice Moore was paying for. The charge on her bank records listed the name "Rentlok". I then contacted Rentlok Self Storage in Plant City, FL via phone (813-754-6501). I spoke with Pam Drews, who confirmed Moore did have a unit rented at there facility located at 1205 South Alexander Street, Plant City, FL. Drews advised the account was opened on 12/03/2008, and Moore "Moved" into unit 809 on 01/16/2009. Drews added the only other time she had a record of Moore coming to the facility was on 05/17/2009, when she brought a card in to set up an automatic charge to pay for the unit.

1605 Hours

Per Sergeant Raczynski, I called Garth Richard via phone (863-853-5080). Richard advised Moore, LPD Officer Troy Young, and another lady came to his shop about three months ago and took (Repossessed) a blue 2001 Freightliner truck. Richard said he asked the lady where Abraham was. Richard stated Moore told him it was her truck, and she was authorized to take it.

1635 Hours

Detective Clark and I met with James Moore and his son, Robert "RJ" Moore, at James' residence located at 3447 South Forbes Road, Plant City, FL. Both subjects agreed to go to the HCSO Criminal Investigations Division Office on Falkenburg Road for an interview. Detective Clark and I then followed them to that location.

1730 Hours

Detective Clark and I interviewed RJ Moore at the HCSO Office on Falkenburg Road. This interview was conducted with James' permission, however, he was not present in the room. RJ advised he goes to Plant City High School, and is in the ninth grade. When asked about what he knew about Abraham Shakespeare's death, RJ said what he knows is from his mom (Dorice Moore). RJ said his mom came home Monday night this week (01/25/2009), after she was gone for a while. RJ advised she said her, Abraham, Cedric, and another drug dealer were there, Abraham choked her out, the Cedric or the drug dealer grabbed her gun and shot him (Shakespeare). RJ stated some nights, his mom would be out, and said she was at Walmart.

When asked about prior to Monday night, RJ said his mom said she didn't know where Abraham was at and Cedric was trying to say she killed him. RJ advised the only time he ever was Abraham was at their Walden Lake House. RJ said Abraham was downloading porn to his (Abraham's) Ipod. RJ stated he also saw Abraham one time when they went to the Hard Rock Casino, which was before they moved into the big house (Redhawk Bend Drive).

We then asked RJ is he shot Abraham Shakespeare (since this was one version that Dorice gave about Shakespeare's death). RJ replied " No, I didn't shoot him". RJ stated if he had

seen Abraham choking his mom, he would have turned him into the police for assault. RJ said he didn't know anything about anything (the murder). When asked again, RJ stated it (him shooting Abraham) "one hundred percent didn't happen".

Regarding moving to Redhawk Bend Drive, RJ said they moved into the big house toward the end of the last school year, and Abraham was gone. RJ stated Abraham had stuff in the garage, including speakers, and a trunk full of porn magazines. RJ advised there were two guys that came and picked up a car. RJ said he doesn't remember seeing any clothes.

RJ then advised his mom has never asked him to lie for her, and Monday night, she said she would never put him through that.

When Detective Clark asked him about posting (on the internet), RJ stated his mom was posting in the beginning and he also did a lot of posting. RJ said his mom asked him to post on there, the part that he was the one writing (posting) the whole time.

Regarding his dad, RJ stated he was not really stressed about the whole thing.

When asked about the concrete at the two story house (5802 Hwy 60), RJ said he was at the house when the driveway and sidewalk was poured.
