[Abraham Shakespeare]Abraham Shakespeare MURDERED - Plant City, Florida (Hillsborough Co.) April 2009
Abraham Shakespeare (42) won $31 million dollars in the Florida Lottery in 2006. He took a lump sum payout of approximately $17 million. He remained a frugal person as he had before his lottery windfall, but after numerous failed real estate transactions, loans, and friendships Abraham has suddenly gone missing. He was last seen in the Lakeland area in April 2009. Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore) stated in the media that she bought out Abraham's debts to enable him to move away to escape paying child support arrears for a second child that was born after the lottery windfall. Law Enforcement believes there may be more to this story. Abraham Shakespeare's body was found on January 28, 2010 buried beneath a cement slab on the rear property of Shar Krasniqi located at 5802 S.R.60 East, Plant City, Florida 33567. Shar Krasniqi was the boyfriend of Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore). On February 2, 2010 Dee Dee Moore was arrested, first charged with Accessory after the fact and later with First Degree Murder of Abraham Shakespeare.

This is writer's first supplement.

On 01/25/10 at approximately 1215 hours, writer was contacted by Sgt. Losat of Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Homicide Section, and requested to respond to the area of Hwy 60 and County Line Road. Writer was requested to assist Polk County Sheriff's Office Det. David Wallace, Det. David Clark, Det. Christopher Lynn, and their supervisors, regarding their investigation of the victim known as Abraham Shakespeare, who is a 2007 Florida Lottery winner, and has been officially missing since November 2009. Writer notes their investigative case number for the Polk County Sheriff's Office is 2009-112920.

Writer arrived in the area of County Line Road & Hwy 60, at approximately 1530 hours and made contact with the Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives and supervisors, along with Sgt Losat.

Writer learned that a confidential source, by the name of Gregory Smith, (refer to Polk County Sheriff's Office investigation) was currently making contact with the alleged suspect Dorice (Dee Dee) Moore in reference to unearthing a human body that she was pointing out on her property, under a concrete slab, located at 5802 Hwy 60. It was also learned that Dee Dee Moore was trying to find somebody who was about to be sentenced to a prison term to take the blame for the murder of Abraham Shakespeare. Dee Dee Moore told the confidential informant that she will provide evidence such as the firearm used as well as explicit details of the murder, to make the story believable. Writer notes this was all captured on a covert recording device

which is clarified in the Polk County Sheriff's Office investigation.

Writer also notes that Det. Mitch Messer, along with Sgt Losat were assisting Polk County with surveillance of the confidential informant and suspect Dee Dee Moore, upon the property at 5802 Hwy 60. (refer to their supplements)

After 1530 hours, writer remained with the Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives, while the confidential informant was deployed to meet with Dorice (Dee Dee) Moore. The target location of where the alleged victim was murdered and buried, is in Hillsborough County on SR 60.

Writer began to ascertain the victim's information and initiated an Assist Other Agency case, which was originally under this particular case # 10-042631.

Later in the evening, following the deployment of the confidential informant and retrieval of the covert recording device, details were provided by him (confidential informant). Regarding the confidential informant's meeting with the suspect Dee Dee Moore, writer began noting the particular pieces of property where the alleged victim was buried, for authoring a Search Warrant for evidence recovery.

Writer and Det Wallace of the Polk County Sheriff's Office drove by the target locations of 5802 & 5732 Hwy 60, Plant City, FL to obtain specifics to author Court Authorized Search Warrants.

Writer also ascertained Patricia Paulson and Debra Munguia live within 5732 Hwy 60 and were denied access by patrol until the end of servicing the search warrants. Writer notes that the address at 5802 Hwy 60 does contain a law office per signage on the outside along the roadway.

Writer and Det Wallace, who became a co-affiant upon two Search Warrants, authored the same and notes that both Search Warrants for the said parcels of property on Hwy 60, were signed by the Honorable Judge Nick Nazaretian, at approximately 2330 hours on 01/25/2010.

Writer then read the Search Warrant for the property at 5802 Hwy 60, to the right of the driveway, directly facing the structure. Writer then placed crime scene tape around the perimeter of the property and was advised that Dee Dee Moore was supposedly enroute to her property to assist with pointing out where the victim's remains were buried.

It is noted the night prior, on 01/25/2010, after the confidential informant was de-briefed, Polk County Sheriff's Office Detectives had made contact with Dee Dee Moore within Polk County and had conducted a lengthy interview with her at their office, which was video recorded and reviewed by writer.

Date/Time Interview: 01/26/10 at 1755 hours
Location of Interview; residence

Synopsis of Interview: Writer and Det Wallace made contact with Mr. McConnell at his residence. After being told of his information by property owner of the orange groves next to Dee Dee Moore's property, being Farkas Farms. Mr. McConnell advised he works for Mr. Farkas and lives on the orange grove property which is directly west, several hundred yards into the orange grove, to the property located at 5732 Hwy 60, which is the alleged murder scene.

Mr. McConnell advised that sometime in May of 2009, one of the other farmers in the area, by the name of Jimmy Temple, had filed a report to the Sheriff's Office of trailers and equipment being stolen. This occurred about two weeks prior to the incident where he heard what sounded like a diesel engine running or idling.

He woke up at about 2:05 in the morning, sometime in mid-May, to this particular sound. Due to the amount of thefts of equipment and tractors within the area, he advised he grabbed his gun and went outside into the orange grove to investigate. He advised he drove towards the sound and when he came upon the access road between Farkas' farm and 5732 Hwy 60, which runs north off of hwy 60 and consists of a dirt road, he observed possibly three individuals, and knows of definitely two, that were on this

PDF PAGE 570 Binder #1 Public Discovery of 09/16/2010

particular back hoe that he observed idling down the access road. He did not know their names but knew that they worked for Dee Dee Moore. He advised he turned his truck lights on upon the back hoe and upon these individuals. He advised this back hoe was idling southbound on the dirt access road towards Hwy 60. He advised it was next to the Paint Ball Court, which Dee Dee Moore owns. He advised the Paint Ball Court was not actually erected yet, but the land was cleared for it.

At first he thought it was a rental since it said something to the effect of Neff Rental, upon it. These individuals had told Mr. McConnell that they ran out of the gas earlier and they finally got around to getting some gas and were trying to idle it back to where they were going to park it. He thought that was odd since he did not see any refueling cans and did not notice any dirt or anything upon it, but he advised he was not paying much attention. Mr. McConnell thought it was odd that Dee Dee Moore had purchased the back hoe, since his boss, Mr. Farkas owns lots of heavy equipment and would gladly clear her land for her with little charge.

Mr. McConnell thinks that one of the individuals that was trying to idle the piece of equipment towards the house at 5732 could be Dee Dee Moore's boyfriend, that he thinks is Shar Krasniqi, but was not sure. Mr. McDonnell did not have any further information to provide.

He also helped move some of the work-out equipment and tread mill up the stairs into the bonus room over the garage at the property located at 5802 Hwy 60. He advised when he was over there, he felt strange and that everything was a secret when he was around Shar Krasniqi and Stitzel and Dee Dee Moore. He advised Dee Dee Moore was not very talkative to him and again, he did not know her well.

When asked if he had seen heavy equipment upon the property, he did advise that he has seen a, what he referred to as a combo hoe, referring to the back hoe in question and thinks it was a Caterpilar brand, located behind the two story house at 5802 Hwy 60, near where the slab was, referring to the concrete slab at the back of the house. He advised he did ask about that piece of equipment and was told that it was bought at an auction, and that they were currently interested in selling it. He was told that they bought it for their property.

Again, Mr. Porter advised he was paid $8.00 an hour and had worked approximately six days in a row, a few hour a day for Shar Krasniqi helping him with moving the mentioned items up the stairs and planting palm trees. He admitted he never received large amounts of money or any knowledge of the incident being investigated currently.

He said he works for Hubbard Construction and just came off the airport exchange job and was out of work reference construction jobs for a few months, therefor needed to make some money and again working for Shar Krasniqi. He advised this sis the longest that he's ever been out of work, but is currently set up for another construction job starting next month.

Synopsis of Interview: Writer notes that upon service of the Search Warrant, originally on 01/24/10, writer briefly spoke with Ms Paulson, who resides within 5732 Hwy 60 and works for Dee Dee Moore as a Resource Director for the American Medical Professionals business, where she hires nurses and CNAs to fill temporary posts. She is also the mother of Dee Dee Moore's boyfriend, Shar Krasniqi. Ms Paulson was asked by Dee Dee Moore on the night of 01/15/10 to come over to her house for dinner, along with their business associate who also resides at the property with her at 5732 Hwy 60, being Debra Munguia.

At this date, 01/30/10, Ms. Paulson contacted writer to advise that Dee Dee Moore had called her on the day that the body was recovered, which was 01/28/10. She advised that Dee Dee Moore told her that her (Paulson's) own son, Shar Krasniqi, helped her clean the blood within the residence at 5732 Hwy 60 and re-grouted tile in the office area and the kitchen area, after she moved the body, with Shar Krasniqi help. Therefore, Ms Paulson questioned her son who said that the only tile he re-grouted that Dee Dee Moore begged him to re-grout was within the back office in the garage for the Paint Ball Office, located at 5732 Hwy 60. Allegedly, Dee Dee Moore had spilled oil in there and asked him to re-grout. He thought that was back in April, and at the time Ms. Paulson said the kitchen was not even completed in April 2009. Only the suspect (Dee Dee Moore's) office was completely renovated in that house.

Location Of Interview: Incident scene, within writer's vehicle

Synopsis Of Interview: Mr Cassell approached writer and Det David Wallace, of the Polk County Sheriff's Office, in reference to our presence upon the property, at which he lives next door to. Mr Cassell advised he noticed police crime scene tape and was aware that Dee Dee Moore had lived next door to him. He does not know them well and has never really conversed with them, but advised that Richard and David Land, who run a trucking business, used to own the property and the two story house. He advised he was interested in purchasing the two story house at 5802 Hwy 60 and was somewhat upset that Mr Land had sold it to the current owner, at this time.

He advised he has seen a yellow in color Hummer the last few days, parked on the property and remembers when the driveway to this property was formed. He advised he has seen a large slab of concrete that was poured in the back yard of the residence, but does not recall anyone out on the property at nighttime, and notes that there is a lawyer that practices in one of the bedrooms there, as an office. He advised that when the new owners moved in, they cleared the old orange tree grove in the back of the property, which consists of five to nine acres. He pointed into the area where there is currently a Paint Ball field/course which is a business owned by Dee Dee Moore and advised there is also part of the orange grove in that particular region that was also cleared.

He advised he usually leaves his home for work between eight and nine in the morning and he owns a furniture store within the Seffner area. He advised he usually gets home after six p.m. and he's only noticed professionals going in and out of the two story structure, when he is there to, utilizing the law office.

He advised his daughter's name is Kaeleigh Cassell, 09/18/89, and lives in Sarasota. He provided her cell phone number of 813/716-7979 and advised she has spoken to a blond woman on the property before, over the fence.

He assumed that the new owners of the property are well off because they were able to purchase both homes, to his knowledge, to include the single story structure located at 5732 Hwy 60, just next door. He advised he has also seen a brunette and a blond woman in the driveway of the residence, located at 5732 Hwy 60.

When asked if he has ever heard gun shots or any suspicious activity, he advised no and advised he has seen this particular yellow Hummer parked by the semitractor trailer truck on the property at 5732 Hwy 60, either on

Date/Time Interview: 01/26/2010 at 1140 hours
Location Of Interview: Law Offices of Lansky & Courtney Brandon, FL

Synopsis Of Interview: Writer notes that Mr Stitzel arrived to the incident scene with his attorney, Glen Lansky, at which time he requested to speak to writer and Det David Wallace, of the Polk County Sheriff's Office, at his attorney's office in Brandon. Writer and Det Wallace followed them to the law offices where an interview was conducted within the conference room. Mr Stitzel stated that he represented Abraham Shakespeare regarding Child Support Hearings and was told by Dee Dee Moore that he wasn't missing. Dee Dee Moore told him (Stitzel) that he was actually in Jamaica getting treatment for AIDS. He advised this was told to him when it was known that Abraham Shakespeare first went missing. Mr Stitzel advised he could not get in touch with his client, Abraham Shakespeare on his cell phone and that the last time he physically saw him, he thinks was in April of 2009. Mr Stitzel discussed a conversation on or about October 6, 2009, where he allegedly had spoken to Abraham Shakespeare on a cell phone conversation. Det Wallace of the Polk County Sheriff's Office inquired about the call reference their case # 2009-112920. It was alleged that Mr Stitzel admitted to speaking to Abraham Shakespeare on Oct 6th, via a cell phone conversation.

At this particular time, when questioned again, he advised he was not sure if it was his client on the telephone. He stated he saw Dee Dee Moore speaking to him (Shakespeare) in his office via telephone. Dee Dee Moore asked if he (Stitzel) needed to speak to him, and he advised he just needed information and some statements for his Child Support Hearings. Again, he cannot confirm nor deny if it was his client's voice or not.

When further questioned about the fact that both of the cell phones being utilized by Dee Dee Moore and Abraham Shakespeare were pinging off the same tower near his office, Mr Stitzel could not give a reply as to how that occurred, when it was only he and Dee Dee Moore within his office on that particular date.

When asked if he had made any other phone calls to Abraham Shakespeare's cell phone, he could not recall if he had. He described the last time he personally saw the victim, Abraham Shakespeare was at his old office, located at 607 S Alexander St in Plant City, FL, suite 202. He thinks it was in April or May 2009. He left the law firm of Byrd & Stitzel in January 2009 and moved to this particular location on Alexander St. He then temporarily moved his law office into the address of 5732 Hwy 60, possibly around May 15th to the beginning of June 2009. Mr. Stitzel said he was awaiting the completion and renovation of the two story structure at 5802 Hwy 60 where his law office is currently located. He knows Dee Dee Moore as a client, and he described being very down on his luck and going through a bad divorce. He was not financially stable, therefore, he received a deal

PDF PAGE 575 Binder #1 Public Discovery of 09/16/2010

in rent from her at this particular location on Hwy 60.

Mr Stitzel advised he never noticed anything pertaining to any type of criminal activity within the residence at 5732 that would resemble evidence for anything of that nature. He advised he was only in there for about one month before the renovation was completed at 5802 Hwy 60. He thinks he met Dee Dee Moore as a client in late 2008, when he was still active with Byrd & Stitzel Law Firm in Plant City. Some of the work that he had done for her consisted of deeds, and thinks that some were from the victim Abraham Shakespeare. To his knowledge, at this time, he cannot remember.

Writer asked if he noticed any "red flags" that went off with him concerning any of the documentation deeds or legal work that he was doing for Dee Dee Moore and Abraham Shakespeare. He advised no, not to his knowledge and that it seemed that the only concern of Abraham Shakespeare was collecting money that was owed to him from the people that he had loaned large sums of money out to. He advised that Abraham Shakespeare was never at his office to his knowledge at 5802 Hwy 60, and that he only personally met Abraham Shakespeare two to three times. From what he can recall, Abraham Shakespeare never seemed concerned and was always happy around Dee Dee Moore, when he was physically in the presence of him. He knew of the asset agreement purchased by Dee Dee Moore. Mr. Stitzel had the impression that Abraham Shakespeare went through his lottery winnings very quickly. He only represented Abraham Shakespeare regarding the Child Support Hearings in Polk County. Other documentation that he remembered doing was regarding some transactional documents for Dee Dee Moore. He did recall Dee Dee Moore loaning approximately twenty-four to twenty-five thousand dollars on a Promissory Note to him, when he was leaving the law firm of Byrd & Stitzel and after his divorce. Since he was having financial hardships, Mr Stitzel did admit that Dee Dee Moore told him to tell the police that the alleged phone call from Shakespeare on October 6th, did occur. He was not sure if it really was Abraham Shakespeare on the phone, although he did report to Polk County Detectives, early in the investigation, that he did know it was Abraham Shakespeare because he knew his client's voice.

On this particular date, before his attorneys, (Patrick Courtney and Glen Lanski), Mr. Stitzel neither denied nor confirmed he knew it was Abraham Shakespeare's voice on this particular phone call.

Writer and Det Wallace then discussed with Mr Stitzel and his attorneys the possibility of serving a Search Warrant upon his legal office, to ascertain if any of the transactional documents and or deeds that he prepared for Dee Dee Moore in regards to Abraham Shakespeare's finances, were true and accurate. Writer and Det Wallace inquired if he has seen any of the physical work being done upon the property, at which time Mr Stitzel remarked that he has seen Shar Krasniqi, who is Dee Dee Moore's boyfriend, riding and playing around on a back hoe.

When inquiring further about the transactions that Mr Stitzel had prepared for Dee Dee Moore and Abraham Shakespeare he advised that some of the transactions were not signed in his presence and were taken by Dee Dee Moore and Judith Haggins (Power of Attorney) to a separate notary.

He advised that last week, (which would have been before January 26th), he

and his girlfriend (office assistant), Michelle Findley, came back to his office at 5802 Hwy 60 to get a form and noticed that Dee Dee Moore was utilizing his personal computer within his law office. He was not sure what she was doing, other than her making a statement that she was trying to get a form.

Mr Stitzel knows personally that the victim Abraham Shakespeare was wanting to move some of his assets in regards to his child support. He did know that the power of attorney was Judy Haggins and that the power of attorney was signed by Abraham Shakespeare to his knowledge, but he was not sure if it was ever filed. He does admit to preparing the document of the power of attorney.

Cedrick Edom was noted as being interviewed several times by the Polk County Sheriff's Office regarding their on-going investigation of the disappearance of Abraham Shakespeare, and noted that his reliability is not great, due to mixed stories and a lack of cooperation. Mr Edom advised that Dee Dee Moore offered him money in front of an ABC Action News van, which he had cell phone pictures of, to lie about the disappearance of Abraham Shakespeare who is also his cousin. It is noted that Cedrick Edom resides in a home in Lakeland, that was purchased by his cousin, Abraham Shakespeare. It is also noted that Cedrick Edom is the original reporter to the Polk County Sheriff's Office of the disappearance of Abraham Shakespeare and then soon after, tried to recant his reporting of the disappearance and not wanting to be further involved.

He advised that he has been using a small digital recorder to covertly record conversations with Dee Dee Moore and that she recently offered the house to him and to payoff all his bills and offered cash to say that Abraham Shakespeare had chocked her (Dee Dee Moore) and was going to kill her and roll her up in a carpet and dump her in a lake.

Cedrick Edom then went on to state that he is being blackmailed by Dee Dee Moore to give claim that Abraham Shakespeare is missing and that she was allegedly a victim of him.

Writer and Det Wallace, listened to a recording made by Cedrick Edom with this particular conversation. It is noted that it appears to be that of Dee Dee Moore's voice and clearly could be discerned that it is Cedrick Edom's voice on the other end of the recording. Writer notes that from the material contained within the recording, that Mr Edom appears to not have any involvement with the disappearance or murder of his cousin, Abraham Shakespeare. This particular digital recorder has been retained by the Polk County Sheriff's Office. (refer to their investigation)

Writer notes that Mr Edom provided Det Wallace this particular digital recorder with a Polk County Property Receipt and it is noted as an Olympus model # VN- 3100.
