[Abraham Shakespeare]Abraham Shakespeare MURDERED - Plant City, Florida (Hillsborough Co.) April 2009
Abraham Shakespeare (42) won $31 million dollars in the Florida Lottery in 2006. He took a lump sum payout of approximately $17 million. He remained a frugal person as he had before his lottery windfall, but after numerous failed real estate transactions, loans, and friendships Abraham has suddenly gone missing. He was last seen in the Lakeland area in April 2009. Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore) stated in the media that she bought out Abraham's debts to enable him to move away to escape paying child support arrears for a second child that was born after the lottery windfall. Law Enforcement believes there may be more to this story. Abraham Shakespeare's body was found on January 28, 2010 buried beneath a cement slab on the rear property of Shar Krasniqi located at 5802 S.R.60 East, Plant City, Florida 33567. Shar Krasniqi was the boyfriend of Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore). On February 2, 2010 Dee Dee Moore was arrested, first charged with Accessory after the fact and later with First Degree Murder of Abraham Shakespeare.

On 01/26/10 writer responded to the incident scene and met with Sgt. Losat. Writer was assigned to review audio recordings that were obtained by Polk County Detectives regarding the investigation of Abraham Shakespeare's disappearance (Polk County case 09-112920). Writer selected a compact disc that was titled Recording by Det. Wallace (Polk County). The disc was dated 01/25/10.

Writer listened as an unknown female talked to an unknown male. The two subjects discussed calling "the newspaper" and telling them that Abraham talked to his mom. The subjects also talked about the difficulty in digging a hole. The subjects also discussed using a rope to remove a body from the hole and then reburying the body at a different location. The two subjects went on to discuss whether or not the serial numbers should, or should not be removed from a firearm that the female had apparently delivered to the male subject
(refer to audio recording for further details.

Writer listened to the recording until he was re-assigned to assist Polk County Detective Clark with an interview.

Writer met with Detective Clark at the scene on State Road 60. Detective Clark advised that a male subject, Shar Krasniqi, was the boyfriend of Ms. Moore. Detective Clark advised that Shar Krasniqi was residing at a residence located in North Lakeland. Writer and Detective Clark responded to 9340 Red Hawk Bend Drive and met with Krasniqi. Detective Clark asked Krasniqi if he would volunteer to accompany Clark and writer to a nearby Polk County s.o. substation for an interview. Krasniqi agreed and was

transported in writer's vehicle to the sub-station.

Once at the sub-station a recorded interview was conducted by Detective Clark with Shar Krasniqi (refer to audio recording for details of interview). At the conclusion of the interview writer asked Krasniqi if he would submit to a polygraph examination at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Krasniqi agreed to the polygraph. Writer transported Krasniqi and Detective Clark to the HCSO Office located on Falkenburg Road. Writer had made arrangements to meet Examiner J. Greco, #2733, at the office.

Upon arrival writer met with and briefed Greco on the details of the investigation. At approximately 1900 hours Greco began the examination with Krasniqi. At the conclusion of the examination Examiner Greco stated, that in her opinion, Krasniqi did not display reactions of a deceptive nature in reference to the questions asked during the examination ( see Greco's report for further details).

On 02/8/2010 writer and detectives from the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Polk County States Attorney's Office executed a court authorized search warrant at the residence located at 9340 Red Hawk Bend Drive in Polk County. Writer assisted in searching for the items described in the search warrant. Several items of possible evidence were seized and impounded by the Polk County officials.

Writer secured from the location at approximately 1800 hours. This concludes writer's involvement with this case thus far.
