[Abraham Shakespeare]Abraham Shakespeare MURDERED - Plant City, Florida (Hillsborough Co.) April 2009
Abraham Shakespeare (42) won $31 million dollars in the Florida Lottery in 2006. He took a lump sum payout of approximately $17 million. He remained a frugal person as he had before his lottery windfall, but after numerous failed real estate transactions, loans, and friendships Abraham has suddenly gone missing. He was last seen in the Lakeland area in April 2009. Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore) stated in the media that she bought out Abraham's debts to enable him to move away to escape paying child support arrears for a second child that was born after the lottery windfall. Law Enforcement believes there may be more to this story. Abraham Shakespeare's body was found on January 28, 2010 buried beneath a cement slab on the rear property of Shar Krasniqi located at 5802 S.R.60 East, Plant City, Florida 33567. Shar Krasniqi was the boyfriend of Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore). On February 2, 2010 Dee Dee Moore was arrested, first charged with Accessory after the fact and later with First Degree Murder of Abraham Shakespeare.

INVESTIGATION:

On Jan 26, 2010 at approx 0735 hrs writer was requested to responded to 5802 Hwy 60 East. At approx 0800 hrs writer met with Det Messer, where he advised writer that there were two search warrants to be served, one at 5802 Hwy 60 East and another at 5732 Hwy 60 East. These residences were next door to each other. Once warrants were served, writer began to photograph both residences and their surrounding areas.

At approx 0910 hrs, writer was assisted by Crime Scene Detectives Hager, Cashwell and McGill with metal detecting and searching the yard of 5802 Hwy 60 East and 5732 Hwy 60 East. Writer located several pieces of evidence which were marked with Evidence Markers 1-21. Once those items were located, writer photographed the crime scene to include the Evidence Markers. Items 1-17 were then collected for evidence.

At approx 1445 hrs, writer began to photograph and video record in detail, the exterior and interior of residence 5732 Hwy 60 East. Before writer entered residence, writer put on shoe covers to protect the integrity of the scene. Writer swabbed the floor in the west office and fireplace in north office for possible blood. Writer tested swabbings with Phenolphthalein, a presumptive blood test, with negative results.

On Jan 27, 2010 at approx 0725 hrs, writer responded to residence 5732 Hwy 60 East. At approx 0750 writer met with Det Messer, where he advised writer to begin to process the residence. Writer swabbed the rear door threshold, under the threshold and inside of the metal threshold for blood. Writer tested those swabbings with Phenolphthalein with negative results. Writer then applied BlueStar, a latent blood reagent, to the north office, carpet (floor), walls, fireplace, door, desk, chairs, chair pillows and window.

PDF PAGE 623 Binder #1 Public Discovery of 09/16/2010

Writer observed a positive reaction to the carpet in front of the round chair leading to the kitchen door. Writer photographed results and tested a swabbing from the carpet with Phenolphthalein, with a weak positive reaction. Writer then applied BlueStar to the Rear Door Mat, Kitchen Door Mat, Kitchen, Hallway and West Office with negative results. Writer swabbed the floor in the west office closet for blood and tested the swabbing with Phenolphthalein with negative results.

Writer then removed and collected the carpet in the north office and applied BlueStar to the carpet mat and tile that was under the carpet with negative results.

Writer then collected and photographed Evidence Markers 18-29 which were around or on top of the concrete slab at residence 5802 Hwy 60 East. Writer then photographed and video taped the removal of the concrete slab. During the removal, Director Wilson observed a piece of black plastic that was attached to the under side of the concrete slab and on top of the soil. Writer photographed and collected the pieces of black plastic as well as took a soil sample from the concrete slab.

Once the concrete slab was removed, writer photographed the area and took soil samples. The area was then flagged for reference points for future investigation.

On January 28, 2010, writer and Crime Scene Det Ratcliff responded to 5802 Hwy 60 East, to assist with excavation of the body. Writer setup a grid system that correlated with the flagged reference points from the night before and each grid was marked with letters A-L. During the excavation, writer would collect soil samples from each depth. Crime Scene Det McGill assisted writer with collection of evidence from each sifting station. Sifting stations were areas where the soil removed from the grid area were searched using a sifter to locate any evidence that was not seen during the removal of the soil. Once the body was located, writer and Det Messer removed white substance that was found around the body. Writer noticed some possible fabric and fingerprint impressions on the white substance. Those pieces were then collected for further examination. Once the body was removed, writer used a metal detector where the body was found, with negative results. Photography and videography were recorded during the excavation process.

On January 29, 2010, writer responded to the Hillsborough County Medical's Examiner's Office. Writer photographed the victim and clothing and collected two projectiles from the upper torso of the body.

On Feb 2, 2010, at approx 0930 writer responded to 5732 Hwy 60 East. Writer was requested by Crime Scene Det Mcgill to apply BlueStar to the remaining rooms of the residence. Writer tested swabbings from hallway bathroom, west office bathroom cabinet, bottom of Rubbermaid Storage tote in garage and metal molding from garage edge with Phenolphthalein, with negative results. Writer tested swabbings from scissors from kitchen drawer and under dryer with positive reaction. Those items were collected for further examination. At approx 1635 hrs, writer responded back to residence to apply BlueStar to the interior of garage floor, sink, mop, bucket, walls, doors, garage office and open trailer that was located at the rear of the property with negative results. Writer then walked over to 5802 Hwy 60 East to assisted CSI Der, with documenting the items seized from a search warrant.

On Feb 4, 2010, at approx 0830 hrs, writer met with Det M. Garcia. Det Garcia and writer drove to 4000 McIntosh Rd, Hollywood, FL to locate and process a CAT 426 Loader/Backhoe SiN 7BC00267. At approx 1453 hrs, writer located the sealed metal storage unit. The metal storage unit was then unsealed and writer photographed the Loader/Backhoe. Writer collected soil samples from the front loader and backhoe. Writer then applied BlueStar to the front loader, steps, cockpit, pedals, controls and backhoe with negative results. The metal storage unit was then resealed and photographed.

On Feb 8, 2010, writer responded to the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner's office to collect the victim's clothing. Writer put the victim's clothing into a drying shed at the HCSO Crime Scene office. On Feb 11, 2010, those items were removed from the drying shed and entered into evidence.
