[Abraham Shakespeare]Abraham Shakespeare MURDERED - Plant City, Florida (Hillsborough Co.) April 2009
Abraham Shakespeare (42) won $31 million dollars in the Florida Lottery in 2006. He took a lump sum payout of approximately $17 million. He remained a frugal person as he had before his lottery windfall, but after numerous failed real estate transactions, loans, and friendships Abraham has suddenly gone missing. He was last seen in the Lakeland area in April 2009. Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore) stated in the media that she bought out Abraham's debts to enable him to move away to escape paying child support arrears for a second child that was born after the lottery windfall. Law Enforcement believes there may be more to this story. Abraham Shakespeare's body was found on January 28, 2010 buried beneath a cement slab on the rear property of Shar Krasniqi located at 5802 S.R.60 East, Plant City, Florida 33567. Shar Krasniqi was the boyfriend of Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore). On February 2, 2010 Dee Dee Moore was arrested, first charged with Accessory after the fact and later with First Degree Murder of Abraham Shakespeare.

On 02-02-2010 at approximately 1509hrs I conducted surveillance on a 2009 Chevrolet 2500 Z-71 pick-up truck, gray in color, in the area of Interstate-4 east bound at the exit for U.S. Highway 98. I was assisted by Corporal G.Stewart #2208, Detective D. Dixon #7140, and Detective A. Whitted # 6577 in conducting this mobile surveillance. The vehicle was observed leaving the Lakeland Square Mall north bound on U.S. Highway 98. The vehicle continued north bound on U.S. Highway 98 to West Socrum Loop Road. The vehicle proceeded west bound on West Socrum Loop Road to North Campbell road, at which time the driver of the vehicle stopped and made a u-turn at the apex of West Socrum Loop road and North Campbell road. (at the cemetery) When the vehicle made this turn I observed that the driver was the only occupant and a white female. Detective Whitted #6577 observed the vehicle east bound on West Socrum Loop road. The vehicle continued back to U.S. Highway 98, where the vehicle then turned south bound onto U.S. Highway 98. The vehicle proceeded to Marcum road where the vehicle stopped momentarily, then continued on U.S Highway 98 to Interstate-4. The vehicle then entered onto west bound Interstate-4 from U.S. Highway 98 where it continued west bound until it exited at the Park road exit from Interstate-4. The vehicle then made a south bound turn onto Park road where it continued to the apex of Jim Johnson road.

The vehicle then proceeded westbound on east Park road to James L Redman Parkway, where the vehicle made a south bound turn onto James L Redman Parkway then proceeded

to West Johnson road. The vehicle then made a u-turn on James L Redman Parkway, and proceeded north bound on James L Redman Parkway to Charlie Griffin road where the vehicle entered into the left turn lane. After the red light cycled the vehicle then made a u-turn on James L Redman Parkway and continued south bound. At approximately 1706 hrs I activated the emergency equipment of my vehicle and attempted to conduct a traffic stop, at which time the vehicle continued south bound on James L Redman Parkway. The vehicle continued for approximately 300 feet south where it turned from James L Redman Parkway onto the private drive of the parking lot at 3011 James L Redman Parkway. The vehicle then parked within a parking space, at which time Deputy J. Manis #5890, Corporal G.Stewart #2208, and myself approached the vehicle. Deputy J.Manis # 5890 approached from the driver's side and made contact with the driver who was later identified as W/F Dee Dee Moore. Deputy Manis #5890 secured W/F Moore, and left the scene. (See Deputy Manis supplement) I obtained the keys and secured the vehicle. I noted that there was a cellular telephone on the driver's side seat at the time that the vehicle was secured. Deputy M. Hannaford # 5529 responded and conducted an impound of the vehicle (See Deputy Hannaford's supplement). I observed that no entry was made to this vehicle, and the tow truck driver wore gloves while loading this vehicle onto the tow truck. Deputy Hannaford # 5529, and myself followed the tow truck to the crime scene section of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office located at Falkenburg road. At approximately 1915 hrs I completed a Property Receipt, and released the vehicle, and keys to Detective Sackman # 437 at the crime scene section (See Detective Sackman's supplement). I have no further information at this time.
