[Abraham Shakespeare]Abraham Shakespeare MURDERED - Plant City, Florida (Hillsborough Co.) April 2009
Abraham Shakespeare (42) won $31 million dollars in the Florida Lottery in 2006. He took a lump sum payout of approximately $17 million. He remained a frugal person as he had before his lottery windfall, but after numerous failed real estate transactions, loans, and friendships Abraham has suddenly gone missing. He was last seen in the Lakeland area in April 2009. Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore) stated in the media that she bought out Abraham's debts to enable him to move away to escape paying child support arrears for a second child that was born after the lottery windfall. Law Enforcement believes there may be more to this story. Abraham Shakespeare's body was found on January 28, 2010 buried beneath a cement slab on the rear property of Shar Krasniqi located at 5802 S.R.60 East, Plant City, Florida 33567. Shar Krasniqi was the boyfriend of Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore). On February 2, 2010 Dee Dee Moore was arrested, first charged with Accessory after the fact and later with First Degree Murder of Abraham Shakespeare.

This is writer's first supplement.

On 01/26/10 at 1400 hrs, writer was contacted by Sergeant Losat #3664 and requested to respond to the incident scene, 5802 Hwy 60 E in Plant City to meet with Master Detective Raschke #4398 to assist with identifying locations visited by the person of interest, Dorice (Dee Dee) Moore, per the GPS device placed on her vehicle by Polk County detectives.

Upon arrival, writer was provided a detailed list of addresses tracked by the GPS device between the dates of 01/23/10 through 01/26/10. Detective Raschke identified businesses possibly visited by Dorice Moore as:

Sam's Club - 2021 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon FL 33511 (01/24/10 at 2:25:10 PM)
Home Depot - 1524 S. R. 60 E, Brandon, FL 33510 (01/24/10 at 2:52:40 PM)
Wal-Mart - 1208 S. R. 60 E, Brandon, FL 33510 (01/24/10 at 3:02:56 PM)

Writer ascertained the vehicle the GPS device was attached to was a 2009 Grey Chevrolet four door pickup truck, bearing FL tag 792 WPQ. The vehicle is registered to W/M Shar Anthony Krasniqi DOB 05/01/1983, the boyfriend of Dorice Moore. Writer ascertained from the investigation that Dorice Moore drove this vehicle also. The description of Dorice Moore is as a heavy set W/F with blonde hair.

At 1620 hrs, writer responded to the Home Depot and spoke to Loss Prevention Associate Julius Frances, via phone, as he was not on property. He advised the review of surveillance cameras is done at another location and not at the Home Depot store. Writer requested he review surveillance video from 01/24/10 between 2:50 PM and 3:00 PM to see if a heavy set W/F entered the store and if so, identify any items she may have purchased. Writer also provided Mr. Frances the description of the Chevrolet pickup truck she was driving and requested he locate that vehicle in the parking lot. He advised he would email writer with the results as soon as possible.

At 1633 hrs, writer responded to the Wal-Mart which is the business just west of the Home Depot and can be accessed through the parking lots of the respective businesses. Writer was assisted by Loss Prevention Associate Steven Garberg. Writer reviewed surveillance video and discovered a W/F, who fit the description of Dorice Moore, enter the Wal-Mart at 3:04 PM.

She was wearing a black blouse, which exposed her upper back and jean pants. This same W/F walks mainly through the Hardware section of the store and pays for several items at register 31 at approximately 3:16 PM. The items include: 2 pairs of gloves, duct tape, 2 packs of plastic sheeting, 9 X 12 canvas sheet, Lysol kit, and a door/window draft kit. The total amount of the purchase equaled $104.90 with tax. The W/F subject paid cash for the items ($120.00). The W/F leaves the store and places the items into the back seat of grey or brown 4 door pickup truck at approximately 3:21 PM.

During the viewing of the surveillance video, Detective Lyn with the Polk County Sheriff's Office responded to the Wal-Mart and confirmed the W/F on the video was the person of interest Dorice Moore. The vehicle the W/F drove to and from the Wal-Mart matched the vehicle owned by Dorice Moore's boyfriend Shar Krasniqi, as the 2009 Chevrolet pickup truck 4 door.

While viewing the surveillance video, writer received a call from Julius Francis with Home Depot Loss Prevention. He was viewing surveillance video writer had requested. He described a heavy set W/F entering the store wearing the same clothing as the W/F viewed on the Wal-Mart video. She entered the Home Depot at approximately 2:53 PM. Mr. Francis advised he would provide copies of the surveillance video within the next few days and would call writer when it was available.

Writer was provided copies of the surveillance video from Steven Garberg who signed a property receipt. Writer was also provided a copy of the receipt showing the items purchased by Dorice Moore (01/24/10 at 15:19:13).

At 1900 hrs, writer responded to the Sam's Club-2021 W. Brandon Blvd. The Loss Prevention Associate Justin had left for the day. Writer left a business card. Writer ascertained on the following day that Master Detective Raschke retrieved surveillance video of Dorice Moore from the Sam's Club. The W/F depicted in the Sam's Club video matched the W/F from the Wal-Mart surveillance video.

At 2156 hrs, writer impounded a CD with the Wal-Mart surveillance video under HCSO Inventory # 519910, after making several copies for Detective Thomas #5165, the case detective. Also impounded was a copy of the Wal- Mart receipt.

On 01/31/10 at 1459 hrs, writer along with Detective Wallace of the Polk County Sheriff's Office met with the parents of Dorice Moore, Patrick and Linda Donegan, at 8704 Turkey Creek Rd, Plant City. Both interviews were recorded (see transcribed interviews) The interviews took place in a travel trailer behind the residence.

Writer was given several items from Linda Donegan she advised were left over at the residence by her daughter, Dorice Moore, to include several pieces of jewelry (rings, watches, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets) , digital camera, IPOD, cell phones, video player, foreign currency, and over $1,200 in US currency, and other items. See property receipts for further details. The items were transported by writer in a large Coach purse. The items were impounded under HCSO Inventory # 520202 - 520213. Prior to impound, writer took digital pictures of all the items impounded. The items were impounded at 2145 hrs.

On 02/03/10 at 1500 hrs, writer was contacted by Linda Donegan. She advised her daughter, Becky (sister of Dorice Moore), had been visited by Dorice on Sunday (01/31/10) who dropped off clothing and a laptop computer belonging to RJ (Dorice's son). Within the clothing, Becky discovered a second laptop, an HP Touch Smart computer that did not belong to her or RJ.

She (Becky) gave it to Linda on 02/01/10 at approximately 0800 hrs. She was calling writer to turn the laptop in as she did not know who it belonged to.

At 1530 hrs, writer responded to the Home Depot - 9941 E. Adamo Dr, Tampa, and received a copy of the surveillance video, provided by Julius Frances. Writer observed the same W/F from the video at Wal-Mart enter the store. It appears this same W/F walks through the store, but does not purchase any items. Writer observed her walking towards the exit with an empty shopping cart. She then leaves the cart by the exit doors after passing through the register area, without stopping. See video for further details. Writer made several copies for Detective Thomas and impounded the original into

evidence at 2159 hrs under HCSO Inventory #520433. Writer also impounded a chain of custody letter for Home Depot that writer had faxed to Julius Frances at number 813-354-3397.

At 1930 hrs, writer met with Linda Donegan at her residence and obtained the aforementioned laptop. Writer observed bubbles on the cover of the laptop and noticed the screen could be swiveled 360 degrees once opened. Writer had Linda Donegan sign a property receipt as well as ten other property receipts for the items impounded on 01/31/10. Writer used the Donegan's personal copier and provided copies of all the property receipts signed.

Prior to impound of the laptop computer at 2158 hrs, under HCSO Inventory #520431, writer took digital pictures of the item.

On 02/08/10 writer submitted a request for the interviews of Patrick and Linda Donegan to be transcribed.

This concludes writer's involvement to date.
