[Abraham Shakespeare]Abraham Shakespeare MURDERED - Plant City, Florida (Hillsborough Co.) April 2009
Abraham Shakespeare (42) won $31 million dollars in the Florida Lottery in 2006. He took a lump sum payout of approximately $17 million. He remained a frugal person as he had before his lottery windfall, but after numerous failed real estate transactions, loans, and friendships Abraham has suddenly gone missing. He was last seen in the Lakeland area in April 2009. Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore) stated in the media that she bought out Abraham's debts to enable him to move away to escape paying child support arrears for a second child that was born after the lottery windfall. Law Enforcement believes there may be more to this story. Abraham Shakespeare's body was found on January 28, 2010 buried beneath a cement slab on the rear property of Shar Krasniqi located at 5802 S.R.60 East, Plant City, Florida 33567. Shar Krasniqi was the boyfriend of Dorice Emma Donegan Moore (AKA Dee Dee Moore). On February 2, 2010 Dee Dee Moore was arrested, first charged with Accessory after the fact and later with First Degree Murder of Abraham Shakespeare.

Name: Thomas, G Div: CID
PID: 5165 Bur: MCB

INVESTIGATION
This is writer's second supplement (Rough Draft)

On 10 February 2010, approximately 1050 hours, writer had previously received a voice mail from an individual by the name of Bob Love, who is a Coldwell Banker Realtor and was inquiring as to when the property located at 5732 Hwy 60, will be released by law enforcement as he represents the actual owner.

Writer contacted Mr. Love back and left a voice mail advising of a possible date when the scene will be secured for his client.

At 1320 hours, writer returned the first three (3) search warrants to include both properties on Hwy 60 and the law office to the Clerk of the Courts Office with attached seals which are witnessed as being locked into a cabinet within the Clerk of the Courts' Office by a supervisor.

At 1340 hours, writer then picked up the Privileged and Non-Privileged material from David Howard Stitzel's law office from MC Printing Company off of Gilchrest Avenue where it was previously delivered for copying per arrangement by the State Attorney's Office.

At approximately 1410 hours, writer previewed some incoming mail for Dee Dee Moore at the Orient Road Jail Mail Room. Writer notes it was mail from her mother as well as solicitations from various news outlets for an on-camera interview.

At 1505 hours, writer then re-bagged the Privileged and Non-Privileged documents which were already sealed by Judge Foster; and requested HCSO Letterhead to be attached with the items when being delivered back to HCSO Property Evidence, stipulating that no one is allowed to view this material without a Judge Order.

At 1630 hours, writer resubmitted the Privileged and Non-Privileged items and requested that the information delegated by Judge Foster to be returned to David Howard Stitzel; returned to a specifically designated pallet with other items for his return. Writer notes these items were under Inventory #520846 and #520847.

At 1730 hours, writer received a telephone call from Patricia Paulson discussing some aspects of the case to include a chair that she was advised had been removed from the residence at 5732 Hwy 60 by Debra Munguia. Writer verified that this particular chair which was a round shaped suede and dark brown leather chair, which was placed in the corner of Dee Dee Moore's office and had been collected as evidence. It was allegedly a piece of furniture present when the possible murder had occurred. Ms. Paulson advised that she wanted to make law enforcement aware that Dee Dee Moore had previously returned the original chair, citing that it had some type of flaw to it, but was unsure what furniture company it had come from; therefore the particular chair taken as evidence may not be the original that was there when the murder had occurred in April 2009.

On 11 February 2010 at approximately 1041 hours, writer left a voice mail message with John Ligouri, who is representing Dee Dee Moore reference scheduling an interview with her as well as him being present, noting that she has made solicitations to re-initiate and on the last interview wanted her attorney present so that she may provide further information regarding this case.

At 1050 hours, writer had contacted a woman by the name of Diane Riley as she has left a voice mail message to speak to the case detective at 863-808-7465. Writer made arrangements to interview Ms. Riley via telephone when she completes her work day after 5:00 p.m. and will supplement accordingly upon completion of the interview. Ms. Riley advised she has had previous dealings with Ms. Dee Dee Moore because she had received a loan from Abraham Shakespeare in the sum of $15,000.00. At a later point Dee Dee Moore was attempting to collect the money from her.

On 12 February 2010 at approximately 1000 hours, writer responded to the law office of Larry Hardaway in Lakeland, FL and participated in a sworn statement taken by Assistant State Attorney J. Pruner, along with Detective Dave Wallace of the Polk County Sheriff's Office with Judith Haggins. Refer to State Attorney's transcribed interview.

At approximately 1520 hours, Shar Krasniqui arrived at the Polk County Sheriff's Office, CIB, and was interviewed. See video recording provided by Polk County Sheriff's Office. At the end of this interview Shar Krasniqui requested to sign over his vehicle to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office as he feels it was purchased with money taken from Abraham Shakespeare by Dee Dee Moore. Writer provided him with a property receipt and requested Brewington's Towing Service to transport the vehicle back to HCSO Evidence after notifying supervisors.

At approximately 1820 hours, Brewington's Tow Service arrived at Polk County Sheriff's Office CIB and transported this particular vehicle back to HCSO Evidence, arriving approximately 2000 hours. Writer then impounded a 2008 black Chevrolet Corvette Z06 under Inventory #521024.

On 15 February 2010, writer picked up the computer devices as well as the mirrored copied images from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and delivered the same to the chambers of Judge Foster. At 1605 hours, writer requested Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office CAU to locate information regarding Jashar Krasniqui, who is the biological father of Shar Krasniqui. During the previous interview within Polk County, Shar Krasniqui was asked if he had ever known if his father was involved with criminal activity within the United States and if it was true if he was deported; therefore writer requested background information. Writer notes CAU could not locate any current information regarding an individual with that particular name and the likely date of birth to be Shar Krasniqui's father.

On 17 February 2010, writer began authoring five (5) additional Search Warrants for computer devices which were located and seized within the scope of the Search Warrant for the property located at 5732 Hwy 60. At approximately 1100 hours, writer again spoke to Ms. Patricia Paulson via telephone inquiring as to whether or not Dee Dee Moore would have access to her notary stamp without her knowledge and she advised yes, since she kept it within a desk drawer within the residential location of 5732 Hwy 60. Patricia Paulson advised that she did notarized Quit Claim Deed with Debra Munguia present and only used the notary stamp once in a while and would also notarize documents provided by David Howard Stitzel.

Beginning at approximately 1400 hours, writer began listening to several jail telephone calls made by Dee Dee Moore.

On 18 February 2010, writer discussed witness Debra Munguia having her personal computer mirror copied as it was taken during the scope of the Search Warrant for the property at 5732 Hwy 60. Ms. Munguia advised she would sign consent for her computer devices.

At approximately 1155 hours, writer responded to 5732 Hwy 60 and made contact with Ms. Munguia where she signed a consent to mirror copy images from her personal computers which was an E Machine and a Dell Desktop. She also advised writer of a recorded telephone conversation being that of Dee Dee Moore's voice that she had located on the land-line telephone for the location of 5732 Hwy 60. Writer listened to the same and recorded it via a digital recorder.

On 25 February 2010, at approximately 1545 hours, writer delivered five (5) Search Warrants to the Chambers of Judge Foster for review. Due to the length of each Search Warrant being 25 pages, writer made an appointment with Judge Foster to return with Co-Affiant Detective Christopher Lynn of the Polk County Sheriff's Office for actual signature, after he read each in it's entirety. On 26 February 2010, writer responded to the Chambers of Judge Foster along with CoAffiant Detective Christopher Lynn of the Polk County Sheriff's Office where the five (5) delivered Search Warrants for computer devices were signed. Writer also retrieved the FDLE mirror images of David Howard Stitzel's computer devices of Privileged Material and returned the same to HCSO Evidence where they were impounded under Inventory #522003.

On 1 March 2010, writer spoke to Ms. Debra Munguia and Linda Donegan by telephone regarding information they were currently providing. Ms. Donegan was inquiring about titles to a four wheeler and other vehicles that Polk County is currently in possession of, regarding equipment and vehicles that Dee Dee Moore had previously bought with possible money from Abraham Shakespeare. Ms. Donegan continued to advise that Dee Dee Moore, her daughter has been requesting her son RJ, to sell her property to raise money and that Richard and David Land had been trying to undercut the price and buy expensive equipment for less than it's value from RJ and also they had been attempting to take items from the property located at 5732 Hwy 60 and 5802 Hwy 60.

At approximately 1220 hours, writer contacted Sales Representative Ron Gay of Haverty's Furniture in Brandon, at 643-2010; after finding a sales receipt of furniture purchased by Dee Dee Moore. Writer inquired about the specific round chair taken from the property at 5732 Hwy 60, and attempted to ascertain whether or not she had returned this specific piece of furniture for any reason. Mr. Gay researched the Haverty's data base and notes no single chair, ever

PAGE 628 Binder #1 Public Discovery of 09/16/2010

being returned, therefore, this particular item was probably not purchased from Haverty's, but a different furniture store.

At 1530 hours, writer released the white Ford F-150 pickup truck with the tag of R997QC to Linda Donegan, the actual registered owner and mother of Dee Dee Moore. It is noted that Ms. Donegan signed the Property Receipt where she retrieved the vehicle from HCSO Crime Scene parking lot.
