JC- were doing great thank you for being with us. let me tell people a little about you alan, you are a trucker that has and i wanna how everybody because you have provided alot of documentation about yourself. you are certified as a hazmat driver of a truck by the feds, you also sent me your dl, you have been driving for a long time, and you also sent me your log, the drivers log, something that you keep with you every single day and what is it, it shows that on oct 15 and 16th you were in bb ill at the 55, we have some video of that truckstop tell me what happened. AS- well had uh problem with my hazmat load on monday that i had to go back and forth to another town there to get reloaded and the truck stop was the closest scale. so i was going back over there to weigh, tues i had the load adjusted so it would be a legal load went back to scale my load get the weight on it make sure i was legal to go. JC- who approached you alan? AS- im sorry. JC- who approached you? AS- im sorry, im sorry, i m on a headset im having a hard time hearing you. JC- when you were at the truck stop at the 55 you found two cars facing you in the exit preventing you from exiting what happened? AS- as i tried to leave theres a black pickup stopped and prevented my exit uh another car went around them uh they went up after i motioned them to move so that i could get out they went up and turned around and came back this kind of set me off with the hazmat load and they came up and parked on the curb just about 20-30 feet from me. JC- alright allan im running short on time, the driver you told me flashed a badge the passenger got out of the car, who do you think the passenger was that approached you in what you determined was a menacing way? AS- well the passenger no the passenger let me correct you the passenger never exited uh i got hand gestures when and uh when the driver put a badge up on the sterring wheel where i could see it the passenger leaned forward in the windshield, uh JC- who was it alan tell us who it was? AS- it was drew peterson im setting here looking at his picture on the website that you posted with sunglasses. JC- how certain are you that it was dp? AS- after looking at this picture i am 100% certain. JC- and you called the police i have the 911 log that you called the police that day, you called the fbi since then hav eyou heard back? AS- im sorry im sorry i didnt catch the last part. JC- have you heard back from the authorities?
